Lähi- ja perushoitajien lääkehoito-osaaminen vanhustyössä

Lääkehoito on nykyisin ja tulevaisuudessa monissa sairauksissa keskeinen terveydenhuollon hoitokeino. Sen merkitys tulee kasvamaan entisestään väestön ikääntyessä, jolloin pitkäkestoisten sairauksien esiintyvyys ja lääkkeiden käyttö yleistyvät. Useat tutkimukset paljastavat puutteita hoitohenkilöstön lääkehoitoon liittyvissä tiedoissa ja taidoissa. Näistä tutkimuksista suurin osa on kohdistunut sairaanhoitajien lääkehoitoosaamisen selvittämiseen. Lähi- ja perushoitajat ovat terveydenhuollon ammattihenkilöitä, joiden työkuvaan kuuluu myös lääkehoito. Szuwar sitowia korzenioczepnego Scirpetum radicantis Hejný in Hejný et Husák 1978 w Słowińskim Parku Narodowym

Szuwar sitowia korzenioczepnego Scirpetum radicantis Hejný in Hejný et Husák 1978 został po raz pierwszy opisany ze strefy litoralu stawów hodowlanych w południowych Czechach. Następnie został stwierdzony w Niemczech, Czechach, Słowacji, Austrii i w Polsce. W Polsce zespół ten należy do bardzo rzadko spotykanych zbiorowisk roślinnych. Dotychczas jego fitocenozy zostały opisane z 5 stanowisk zlokalizowanych na Śląsku. W trakcie badań geobotanicznych prowadzonych na obszarze Słowińskiego Parku Narodowego w latach 2013-2014 stwierdzono 2 nowe jego stanowiska, które zostały zlokalizowane w jeziorze Gardno oraz rzece Łupawa.

Hyaluronic acid (HA) forms pericellular coats in many cell types that are involved in the early stages of cell adhesion by interacting with the CD44 receptor. Based on the largely recognized overexpression of the CD44 receptor in tumor tissues, a polybenzofulvene molecular brush has been enveloped into hyaluronan shells to obtain a tri-component polymer brush (TCPB) composed of intrinsically fluorescent backbones bearing nona(ethylene glycol) arms terminated with low molecular weight HA macromolecules. Tumor targeting using agents with slow pharmacokinetics represents a major challenge in nuclear imaging and targeted radionuclide therapy as they most often result in low imaging contrast and high radiation dose to healthy tissue. To address this challenge, we developed a polymer-based targeting agent that can be used for pretargeted imaging and thus separates tumor accumulation from the imaging step in time. Temperature-responsive hybrid nanomaterials based on modified halloysite nanotubes uploaded with silver nanoparticles

New temperature-responsive hybrid nanomaterials based on modified halloysite nanotubes (HNTs) containing grafted polymer brushes with silver nanoparticles have been successfully fabricated. We used a three steps process including synthesis of the initiating coatings onto HNTs surface, fabrication of the POEGMA – poly(oligo(ethylene glycol)ethyl ether methacrylate) grafted brushes and synthesis of the silver nanoparticles (AgNPs). The synthesis and properties of hybrid nanomaterials were studied by FT-IR, TGA and DLS methods.
