Este trabajo se centra en uno de los temas medulares de la organización del Estado como es la garantía de la seguridad, y tiene como objeto reivindicar, al calor la reciente sacudida legislativa en materia, la función de la Seguridad ciudadana como una función pública a desarrollar por las Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad; en tanto que exigencia constitucional, presupuesto de la salvaguarda de los derechos fundamentales y de las libertades públicas. Making Bishops in the Malta of the Knights, 1530-1798

During the early modern age the appointment of Maltese bishops involved conflicts in the management of ecclesiastical patronage, jurisdictional issues and international diplomacy. The procedure for appointment, established by Charles v in 1530 when he granted Malta to the Order of St John, was the result of a compromise: safeguarding rights of royal patronage without undermining the independence of an international military order. It is important, however, to underline the reforming activity conducted by bishops appointed in such political ways, especially through the application of some institutions provided by the Council of Trent, such as diocesan synods.

En primer lugar, realizo una valoración de la contribución de la regla de reconocimiento a la identidad y a la legitimidad de los sistemas jurídicos. Towards an Access Control Model for Collaborative Healthcare Systems

In this study, an access control model for collaborative healthcare systems is proposed. Collaboration requirements, patient data confidentiality and the need for flexible access for healthcare providers through the actual work they must fulfill as part of their duties are carefully addressed. The main goal is to provide an access control model that strikes a balance between collaboration and safeguarding sensitive patient information.

The Market Reorientation of Farms: The Case of Olive Growing in the Nebrodi Area

In addition to safeguarding the landscape, olive growing makes a unique contribution to protecting the environment and the agricultural ecosystem. Olive growing in mountainous and hilly areas is severely constrained by structural limitations. Rural tourism can be a potential strategy to increase the competitiveness of olive-growing activities. After an initial analysis of the relationship between landscape, tourism, and olive growing, this study focused on olive growing in the Nebrodi area. In particular, we examined two case studies of olive farms to analyze the related production costs and market positioning strategies.

With a courageous judgment, the Constitutional Court extends the application scope of art. 25, par. 2, Cost. in the criminal enforcement sector. Censoring the living law, the Court states the prohibition of the retroactivity of the measures more afflictive introduced by law no. 3 of 2019 to convicts who committed the fact before its entry into force. The Author, after dwelling on the new paradigm of "European legality", retraces the salient passages of the decision, from which it draws the innovative message of the Judge of the laws.
