Äitien palvelutyytyväisyyden rakentuminen ja yhteistyökokemukset varhaiskasvatuksessa

Artikkelissa tutkitaan äitien tyytyväisyyttä noin yksivuotiaan lapsensa varhaiskasvatuspalveluun tarkastelemalla palvelutyytyväisyyden ulottuvuuksia. Lisäksi tutkitaan äitien ja varhaiskasvatuksen henkilökunnan välisen yhteistyön sekä palveluntarjoajan (yksityinen vs. kunnallinen) yhteyttä äitien palvelutyytyväisyyteen. Lopuksi tarkastellaan, eroaako yhteistyön yhteys palvelutyytyväisyyteen palveluntarjoajan mukaan. The 0-6 years integrated education service has opened new perspectives on parental participation and the forms in which it can be developed and put into practice. This paper intends to offer a theoretical framework relating to the role of families and the participation in the context of education services, based on a dialogue between family and education services. Through a survey conducted in the city of Palermo, some indications are proposed with respect to ways of improving the school-family co-education synergy, suggesting some good practices for a constructive and mutually responsible alliance.

In this paper we report a qualitative case study of a teaching intervention in which a pre-service subject teacher pair planned and conducted a course integrating Finnish language and ethics in a multilingual setting. Audio-recorded planning sessions and interviews including learning diaries were analysed using qualitative content analysis to identify the dynamics of collaborative cross-curricular pedagogical practice development and pedagogical language knowledge. Research examining Service-Learning (SL) in Physical Education Teacher Education (PETE) is ample. However, long-term investigations are still scarce and literature demands the application of this type of design to uncover the effects of SL on the long run.
