Analysis of the Impact of the Triple Helix on Sustainable Innovation Targets in Spanish Technology Companies

The establishment of broad-based networks, such as the Triple Helix, for innovation and sustainability is sufficiently corroborated. In this work we suggest that the information received from the Triple Helix has a significant and different impact on the objectives of sustainable innovation, depending on whether companies cooperate or not. To this end, an empirical analysis of a stratified sample of more than 5000 Spanish medium and high technology companies in 2010-2014-2015 was carried out. The results confirm that companies that do not cooperate place more importance on the information received from the Triple Helix to establish their sustainable innovation targets.

Apéndices interrogativos: el caso de ‘¿no ve?’ en el español de los bilingües aymara-español

This paper offers an insight to the description of the tag question ¿no ve? in the variety of Spanish spoken by bilinguals of Aymara-Spanish. The analysis identifies the relation between the position of ¿no ve? and its pragmatic functions. Furthermore, it displays the multidimensionality of this tag question that may operate on different conversational layers at the same time. The study also describes the impact of social factors (sex, age and education) on the use of ¿no ve?. The original data used for the present analysis comes from the Corpus oral del español hablado por bilingües de aymara-español (Quartararo 2021).

The global pandemic of COVID-19 has changed our daily habits and has undoubtedly affected our smartphone usage time. This paper attempts to characterize the changes in the time of use of smartphones and their applications between the pre-lockdown and post-lockdown periods in Spain, during the first COVID-19 confinement in 2020. This study analyzes data from 1940 participants, which was obtained both from a survey and from a tracking application installed on their smartphones. RSE (Road Safety Education) is well recognized as a reliable predictor of future safety and health outcomes. However, most countries have been slow to develop it, which has contributed to the sensitivity of the situation, as traffic accidents continue to be a major concern for community health. El panorama de la recepción italiana contemporánea de los poetas españoles del siglo XIX, a través de las traducciones, no resulta especialmente satisfactorio, puesto que hay que esperar el siglo siguiente para encontrar los primeros estudios monográficos y ediciones de textos en traducción, aunque en forma antológica.
