In Italia, nel triennio 2016-2018, si è fatta ricerca didattica sul processo di insegnamento- apprendimento in tre modi: l’analisi fenomenologica e l’osservazione della dimensione quantitativa della realtà educativa; la costruzione di categorie interpretative del collegamento delle azioni dei docenti con i cambiamenti osservati nei discenti; la formulazione di principi e orientamenti per la pratica didattica. Teaching classic put to the test: Do tongue twisters work for L2 pronunciation?

Tongue twisters are a controversial pronunciation teaching classic. Whereas some see tongue twisters difficult and frustrating for learners, others find them fun and motivating. This study was inspired by these opposing views and the fact that previous studies have failed to offer convincing proof of whether this technique works for L2 pronunciation learning. This study consists of five international articles and an introductory background review. Its focus is on the nature and structure of teachers' pedagogical knowing. Pedagogical knowing is characterized as an active process by which teachers perform their duties in situations involving intense social interactions. This study treats teachers' pedagogical knowing as a broad theoretical concept and as an extended practice. Patterns of teachers' narratives are analysed as reflecting the general nature of this type of knowing. The theoretical background consists of three concepts. Este estudio tiene como objetivo poner a prueba empíricamente el modelo teórico que explica la influencia de los factores de primer y segundo orden sobre la integración de las plataformas digitales en la docencia universitaria. En aquest article, els autors descriuen com l'ús de plataformes de treball col·laboratiu ajuda a la millora de competències d'estudiants d'enginyeria, així com a la millora contínua de la qualitat de l'ensenyança. Conseqüentment, a través de la implicació dels estudiants que han participat activament en l'experiència d'innovació docent, s'ha aconseguit l'objectiu principal de l'estudi proposat. Els resultats obtinguts mostren amb èxit el grau d'impacte en la qualitat de la docència (concretament en allò relacionat amb tutories docents) a través de l'ús d'una nova plataforma de treball col·laboratiu: ConferenceXP.
