Attēlu fona modelēšanas algoritmi

Datorredzes izpētes laukā ir sastopami dažādi izacinājumi, kas atstāj iespaidu uz fona modelēšanas algoritmu darbību. Piemēram, apgaismojuma maiņas, dinamisks fons un ēnas. Pie fona modelēšanas izaicinājumiem var pieskaītīt arī ar video filmēšanas tehniskajām grūtībām radītios izaicinājumus, pie kuriem pieder arī kompresijas artefakti. Taču, ir jāatzīmē, ka kompresijas artefaktu atstātāis efekts uz fona modelēšanas algoritmiem ir maz pētīts. Šī darba ietvaros tika pētīta kompresijas artefaktu atstātā ietekme uz dažiem fona modelēšanas algoritmiem. Il contributo ha ad oggetto la figura del Garante nazionale dei diritti delle persone detenute o private della libertà personale, istituita dal d.l. 23 dicembre 2013, n. 146, conv. con modificazioni dalla l. 21 febbraio 2014, n. 10. Nello specifico poi si analizza si analizza l'esperienza concreta del Garante dell'Umbria, riflettendo sulle difficoltà operative che la nuova figura incontra, sia per obiettive ambiguità della disciplina legislativa, sia per resistenze culturali da parte dell'Amministrazione Penitenziaria, che trova difficoltà nell'"inquadrare" il nuovo Soggetto visto spesso come un "intruso".

Los reyes de España, entre los siglos XVI y XVII, utilizaron las sedes episcopales del reino de Sicilia como «reserva de caza» en favor de distinguidos prelados españoles de origen judeoconverso. Y eso porque, de hecho, su sangre «manchada» les dificultaba acceder a las sillas ibéricas. Lo que se pretende averiguar es si la condición judeoconversa de esos prelados «influyó» de alguna manera en los matices tridentinos de su actividad pastoral, «radicalizándolos», para demostrar la veracidad de su lealtad a la fe católica, en nombre de la cual habían sido perseguidos sus antepasados. The coexistence of several lithological substrata, together with particular geomorphologic and climatic features, are determining the exceptional floristic and faunistic interest of the coastal trait between Gela and Torre Manfria. In order to preserve and enhance coastal habitats, such area has been chosen as case-study in the Interreg project ECONET-COHAST, which involves six partners from four EU countries (Cyprus, Greece, Italy and Malta). In this paper, the main features of the area are described and the approach followed in order to implement conservation strategies accounting for the local development exigencies is illustrated. © Società Italiana di Scienza della Vegetazione.

Vides piesārņojums ar AFV šobrīd ir aktuāla problēma un ir nepieciešamas zināšanas par iespējamajām šī piesārņojuma sekām. Darba mērķis bija pētīt baktēriju P.fluorescens AM 11 un M.luteus fizioloģiskās atbildes reakciju uz dažādu farmaceitisko vielu klātbūtni, kā arī novērtēt kā paaugstinātas ibuprofēna koncentrācijas ietekmē aktīvo dūņu baktēriju sabiedrības daudzveidību un antibiotiku rezistences veidošanos. Antibiotika ciprofloksacīns uzrāda visspēcīgāko inhibējošo efektu uz P.fluorescens AM 11 un M.luteus baktēriju kultūrām periodiskā kultūrā mikroplatēs. Its validity is essential to assess academic performance and may be influenced by student self-regulation. The objective of the study was to determine the perception of validity and utility of a rubric for students of the Physical Education and Sports Sciences degree, as well as to identify the relationship between this perception, their academic performance and their self-regulation. 123 students participated in the study. Lai samazinātu slodzi, ir iespējams aizvietot klasisko klienta-servera arhitektūru ar hibrīd-decentralizētu vienādranga arhitektūru. Tādējādi tiktu izmantoti klientu resursi pakalpojuma sniegšanā. Stranded jellyfish in the lowermost Cambrian (Corduban) of Spain

Ninety discoid structures of big size occurring on a bedding plane of Nemakit-Daldynian to Tommotian sandstones (i.e. Corduban in the Spanish scale of Cambrian stages) from south-western Spain are described. Cross-cutting relationships between discoid structures and associated trace fossils, as well as evidence for penecontemporaneous deformation of sediment laminae below the discoids, permit to interprete these structures as impressions of ancient, soft-bodied marine organisms.
