Nieriä (Salvelinus alpinus) on arvostettu laji sekä urheilukalastuksessa että ruokakalana. Vähentyneiden populaatioiden ja viljelyssä havaittujen ongelmien takia sitä ei kuitenkaan Suomessa voida taloudellisesti hyödyntää parhaalla mahdollisella tavalla. Ilmastonmuutos voi hankaloittaa ennestään nieriän viljelyä, sillä se on kylmän veden laji. Tulevaisuudessa voi siirtogeenisten lajien käyttö ruokakalana olla mahdollista niiden uusien ominaisuuksien ja tehokkaamman viljelyn takia. Metastases that are resistant to conventional therapies are the main cause of most cancer-related deaths in humans. Tumor cell heterogeneity, which associates with genomic and phenotypic instability, represents a major problem for cancer therapy. Additional factors, such as the attack of immune cells or organ-specific microenvironments, also influence metastatic cell behavior and the response to therapy. El presente estudio pretende resolver la controversia en torno a la identidad y procedencia del poeta Filóxeno, célebre ditirambógrafo del siglo V-IV a.C. Para ello, hemos recopilado todos los testimonios que citan a personajes con el nombre de Filóxeno desde la primera mención de Aristófanes. La investigación ha revelado que existen varios individuos con el mismo nombre y rasgos comunes. No obstante, el examen de estos testimonios revela la existencia de un único autor de ditirambos: Filóxeno de Citera. Nel presente lavoro viene valutata la potenzialità di accoppiare la USLE con il contenuto d’acqua del suolo pre-evento o il deflusso stimato, per migliorare l’accuratezza della stima della perdita di suolo a scala di singolo evento erosivo. A tale scopo sono stati utilizzati due approcci per i quali la perdita di suolo e il fattore di erosività sono legati da una legge di potenza. Il primo è il modello USLE-MM con deflusso stimato da un modello afflussi deflussi, SCRRM, che importa dati di contenuto d’acqua. Here, we evaluated the antitumor effect of cabozantinib in coculture models of renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and osteoblasts (OBs) to investigate whether and how its antiproliferative activity is influenced by OBs. Skazani poszkodowani - pod względem funkcjonowania w zakładzie karnym - reprezentują specyficzną grupę osadzonych. Tekst w całości poświęcony jest kategorii osób, którzy w środowisku więziennym są napiętnowani przez współosadzonych. Izolacja od potencjalnych oprawców skłania kadrę do prowadzenia oddziaływań penitencjarnych - w tym także i edukacyjnych - odrębnie od pozostałej społeczności inkarcerowanej. Istotne wydaje się więc, w jaki sposób ich sytuacja społeczna (izolacja od pozostałych więźniów) oraz psychologiczna (degradacja poprzez wykluczenie) determinuje aktywność edukacyjną w instytucji totalnej, jaką jest więzienie.
