DIGITALE MODERATION IN DER DAF-LEHRENDENBILDUNG

The aim of this paper is to show patterns in the moderation of video conferences. The corpus used comes from the Erasmus+ project LEELU (development of teaching skills for extensive reading lessons). The subject of the investigation was how changes in the agenda are negotiated at the beginning of the meetings. A multimodal method based on conversation analysis was chosen for the analysis.
HR scenario game : Learning human resource management in a virtual environment

This paper introduces a computer-based online scenario game that was developed to enhance the learning of human resource management (HRM) in an undergraduate course at a business school in Finland. What makes this game unique is that students played an important and active role in developing the game in collaboration with lecturers. Our findings show that the game enhances learning, interaction, and collaboration among students. We discuss how computer-based games and their development in collaboration with students can be used as a means for learning and improving working-life skills in higher education.

National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration–Advanced Very High Resolution Radiometer (NOAA-AVHRR) data provides the possibility to build the longest Land Surface Temperature (LST) dataset to date, starting in 1981 up to the present. However, due to the orbital drift of the NOAA platforms, no LST dataset is available before 2000 and the arrival of newer platforms. Although numerous methods have been developed to correct this orbital drift effect on the LST, a lack of validation has prevented their application. Abstract Background Surgeons are at risk for developing work-related musculoskeletal symptoms (WMS). The present study aims to examine the physical factors and their association with WMS among pediatric laparoscopic surgeons. Methods A questionnaire consisting of 21 questions was created and mailed to 25 pediatric laparoscopic surgeons (LG). 23/25 surgeons (92%) completed the survey. The questionnaire was analyzed and then split into 2 groups. Group 1 (LG1) included surgeons with greater laparoscopic experience, and group 2 (LG2) included surgeons with less important laparoscopic experience. Background MERRF (Myoclonic Epilepsy with Ragged Red Fibers) is a rare multisystem clinical disorder due to a pathogenic variant of the mitochondrial DNA. Rare symptoms of MERRF include multiple systemic lipomatosis with symmetric uncapsulated lipomas occurs generally on the posterior cervical region and upper back. Methods We report the clinical case of a 46 years-old Caucasian man with MERRF syndrome who presented with MSL on the right cervical region.
