Cet article, rédigé en 2008, présente les évolutions importantes la plateforme SpaCelle pour simuler l'évolution d'un espace à l'aide d'automate cellulaire. En particulier, la version 5 permet la structuration multi-couches des cellules pour gérer la dynamique de plusieurs variables définies sur un maillage. Elle permet aussi d'utiliser des cellules de type linéaires ou ponctuelles à travers des couches de type réseau. Degrowth tarkoittaa talouskasvuun kriittisesti suhtautuvaa ajattelua sekä elämäntapaa, joka on sosiaalisesti oikeudenmukaista ja ekologisesti kestävää. Tämän tutkimuksen tarkoituksena on selvittää millaista degrowth-liikehdintää Suomessa on. Tavoitteeni on tarkastella, millaisia toimijoita Suomen degrowth-aktivistit ovat, mitä degrowth heidän mielestään tarkoittaa ja miten he toimivat kasvukriittistä ajattelua edistääkseen. Pyrin myös selvittämään millaisia degrowth-liikkeen toiminnan ominaispiirteet ovat, miten liike on verkostoitunut ja millaiset tulevaisuuden visiot sillä on. Coxsackievirus B3 (CVB3) belongs to the genus Enterovirus of the family Picornaviridae and can cause acute acinar pancreatitis in adults. However, the molecular mechanisms of pathogenesis underlying CVB3-induced acute pancreatitis have remained unclear. In this study, we discovered that CVB3 capsid protein VP1 inhibited pancreatic cell proliferation and exerted strong cytopathic effects on HPAC cells. Through yeast two-hybrid, co-immunoprecipitation, and confocal microscopy, we show that Menage a trois 1 (MAT1), a subunit of the Cdk-Activating Kinase (CAK) complex involved in cell proliferation and transcription, is a novel interaction protein with CVB3 VP1. Earlier research has shown that after physics instruction, many students have difficulties with the force concept, and with constructing free-body diagrams (FBDs). It has been suggested that treating forces as interactions could help students to identify forces as well as to construct the correct FBDs.
