Analysis of the Economic Potential Trough Biochar Use for Soybean Production in Poland

Soybean (Glycine max L.) is one of the most important crops grown globally. Biochar has been proposed as an alternative to aid sustainable soybean production. However, comprehensive studies that include both the economic aspects of soybean production and biochar are scarce. Poland, with an economy largely based on agriculture, is an interesting case to investigate the cost-effectiveness of using biochar in soybean production. We show that the use of biochar at rates of 40, 60 and 80 t/ha is unprofitable compared with a traditional soil amendment, such as NPK fertilization. Llevamos a cabo grupos de discusión con ambos colectivos y nos apoyamos en el Modelo GIPU-EA, ya que era lo sufi cientemente operativo e integrador como para sistematizar las codifi caciones. The present article aims at analyzing the reshaping of the Italian American cultural heritage in Don DeLillo’s White Noise. Drawing on the concept of hyperreality as construed by Jean Baudrillard, the notion of hyperethnicity proves to be an efficient tool for a thorough exam of the transformation of the crucial Italian American topoi — i.e, ethnic signifiers such as the conception of the family, the theme of the household, and the concept of serietà — in the novel White Noise by Don DeLillo. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot geriatrijas pacientu aprūpes principus stacionārā. Darba hipotēze ir biežākie geriatrijas pacientu aprūpes principi stacionārā ir saistīti ar vājumu un nespēku. Izmantota kvantitatīvā pētījuma metode, pielietotais pētījuma instruments anketa. Pētījumā iegūtie rezultāti apstiprina darbā izvirzīto hipotēzi.

In early 2020, at the onset of the coronavirus pandemic, many countries developed and introduced contact-tracing apps. These apps use one or more of several cell phone capabilities to notify citizens when they should enter self-quarantine because of close contact with an infected individual. Norway released a contact tracing app called Smittestopp in April 2020 which, though initially widely used, was also met with criticism for the way it handled personal health data. Darba mērķis: izvērtēt vai auto vadīšanai paredzētās briļļu lēcas ietekmē redzi. Redzes asuma mērījumi tika veikti 13 dalībniekiem ar ‘FrACT’ programmu- bez pieliktas lēcas, ar lēcu bez klājuma, ar lēcu ar pretatspīduma klājumu, ar lēcu, kas rekomendēta auto vadīšanai. Rezultātā noskaidrojām, ka briļļu lēca, kas rekomendēta auto vadīšanai un briļļu lēca ar pretatspīduma klājumu būtiski uzlaboja redzes asumu.
