Los microRNA (miRNAs/miRs) son pequeñas cadenas de ácido ribonucleico (ARN, del inglés RNA) que regulan diferentes procesos biológicos. El objetivo de este estudio consistió en identificar miRNAs alterados en plasma y tejido de pacientes con aneurismas de aorta abdominal (AAA) y explorar nuevas dianas potencialmente involucradas en su desarrollo. Cincuenta y siete sujetos fueron reclutados para el estudio en plasma (30 pacientes con AAA, 16 voluntarios sanos y 11 paciente con arterioesclerosis). This article proposes an ethical reinterpretation of Dardot and Laval's analyses of the concept of the "commune", published in 2014. The circulation of ethical arguments and the activation of a line of thought related to public ethics can indeed contribute to finding an answer to some objections moved to the proposal of the commune. This is the intention of my contribution, which focuses in particular on the question of the subjectivity implied, or rather evoked by the theoretical-political proposal of the French thinkers.

A valuable organocatalytic vinylogous Mannich reaction between alkylidenepyrazolones and isatin-derived ketimines has been successfully established. Squaramide organocatalyst, prepared from quinine, catalyzed the diastereo- and enantioselective vinylogous Mannich addition, affording a range of aminooxindole-pyrazolone adducts (24 examples) with excellent outcomes: up to 98% yield with complete diastereoselectivity and excellent enantioselectivity (up to 99% ee). Additionally, different synthetic transformations were performed with the chiral pyrazolone-oxindole adducts.

Abstract Ice is one of the most important drivers of population dynamics in polar organisms, influencing the locations, sizes, and connectivity of populations. Antarctic fur seals, Arctocephalus gazella, are particularly interesting in this regard, as they are concomitantly reliant on both ice‐associated prey and ice‐free coastal breeding areas. We reconstructed the history of this species through the Last Glacial Maximum (LGM) using genomic sequence data from seals across their range.
