At first, in this paper a flow resistance equation for rill flow, deduced applying dimensional analysis and self-similarity theory, is presented. The incomplete self-similarity hypothesis is used for establishing the flow velocity distribution whose integration gives the theoretical expression of the Darcy-Weisbach friction factor. Il paesaggio della pietra a secco dell'isola di Pantelleria studiato nelle sue componenti paesistico-ambientali testimonia come le difficili condizioni ambientali abbiano determinato, nel tempo, lo sviluppo di tecniche colturali ingegnose producendo un paesaggio straordinario di grande valenza identitaria. Un attento studio degli aspetti pianificatori evidenzia infine, la necessità del riconoscimento nazionale che possa avviare uno sviluppo rispettoso della tutela dell’unicità del paesaggio pantesco.
