At the end of the 19th century, Spanish carnivals have been marked by the participation of the different tunas or also known as, estudiantinas. These groups achieved significant relevance in Galicia, especially in the city of Compostela, which, year after year, encouraged and supported the formation of groups of this nature to liven up the carnivals in the different Spanish cities. This article analyses the impact of classical tradition on the artistic production of Gregorio Prieto (1897-1992), painter par excellence of the Generation of 1927. It will be discovered how this influence, far from becoming a conservative reference, would constitute an incentive for his entailment with the avant-garde, especially with surrealism. Although the classic trace is found with more intensity in the creations produced during his Roman years, between 1928 and 1929, when he also made important trips to Sicily and Greece, Greece and Rome would nevertheless continue to be constitutive of his aesthetic experience throughout his later and extensive career.

Con la sentenza n. 2315/2020 la Suprema Corte ha affermato il principio che l’accertamento dell’anzianità di servizio conseguente ad un trasferimento d’azienda può essere affrontato nell’ambito del rito speciale di impugnazione del licenziamento introdotto dalla L. n. 92/2012. The Court does not exclude a transfer of undertaking also in the case it concerns the staff only for a contractual or legal obligation. Negli ultimi tre decenni la cultura ha avuto un ruolo chiave nella costruzione delle politiche urbane, divenendo uno strumento decisivo nella definizione delle strategie di sviluppo economico e nell’accesso alla competizione globale che caratterizzano l’attuale regime di neoliberismo urbano (Miles e Paddison 2005). Anche nel sud Europa la cosiddetta rigenerazione a base culturale ha rappresentato e continua ancora oggi a rappresentare una vera e propria ortodossia urbana, che trova nel turismo tanto una ragione di esistenza quanto un campo di attuazione. Within this framework Palermo and its historic center are no exception. The epicenter of these processes is represented here by the Kalsa district which since the early 2000s has been placed at the center of a precise strategy of culturally-based renewal called to drive the city's tourist renaissance (Vinci 2008). The culmination of this path came in 2018 when Palermo was named the Italian capital of culture and chosen as the venue for Manifesta one of the most prestigious traveling biennales of contemporary art. However the exponential increase in tourist arrivals in the last three years came to a halt with the outbreak of the pandemic which showed with unprecedented evidence the contradictions of the development strategies pursued in the historic center and the marks they leave on the territories. While this sudden interruption seems to offer an opportunity to radically rethink urban and cultural policies and find new curbs to the conditions of overtourism in which the historic centers of South European cities and beyond find themselves it could also prove to be an accelerator of the dynamics of commodification of these spaces representing the revival of tourism an easy escape route in times of crisis. The objective of this contribution is to critically explore the urban and social transformations that have crossed the Kalsa district of Palermo from the 2000s to the present using qualitative and quantitative techniques (analysis of statistical data in-depth interviews critical discourse analysis ...) with particular reference to the role that culture has played in these processes. Vecchi e nuovi problemi in tema di intervento dei creditori nell’esecuzione (note a margine di Cass. S.U. n. 61 del 7 gennaio 2014)

Nel contributo in oggetto l'autore, muovendo dalla decisione delle Sezioni Unite della Cassazione n. 61 del 7 gennaio 2014, coglie l'occasione per riesaminare le vecchie e nuove problematiche sottese all’intervento dei creditori nel processo esecutivo. Il primo tema affrontato è quello della par condicio creditorum, che viene esaminata nella sua storia evolutiva dal Code Napoleon, al suo periodo di massima estensione, dato dal codice del 1940, fino al suo ridimensionamento a seguito delle riforme del 2005. Esamina quindi la possibilità del possibile superamento quoad effectum della distinzione tra intervento di creditori con titolo e senza titolo, alla luce delle evoluzioni della giurisprud…

It concludes however that a revolution like the aforesaid explained would be only apparently advantageouOld and new problems related to the intervention of creditors in the expropriation (marginal notes at Cass. Sez. Un. January 7 2014 n. 61) Moving from the decision of the Sezioni Unite n. 61/2014 the author takes the opportunity to re-examine old and new problems related to the intervention of creditors in the forceable execution. The first major theme concerns par condicio creditorum which is examined in its evolutionary history since the Code Napoleon through its period of maximum extension (the Code of 1940) until its reduction as a result of the reforms of 2005. The author examines the possibility to overcome quoad effectum the distinction between sine titulo et cum titulo interveners in light of jurisprudence’s evolution between 1978 2009 and 2014. The possibility in particular concerns those creditors sine titulo the where credit has not been contested (ex art. 499 c.p.c.) by the debtor seek payment and partecipate to distribution. In the last section the author examines the possibilities for other creditors to contest the intervention of the creditor sine titulo ex art. 499 c.p.c. (utendo iuribus in subrogation in case of inaction of the debtor) or in the distribution phase ex art. 512 c.p.c. He concludes that the only person that will be really damaged if he doesn’t contest - ex art. 499 c.p.c. - the credit it is precisely the debtor. He also notes that in the legislation of the last decade the apparent effort to reduce the numbers of judicial enquiry incidental to forceable execution will never be achieved unless it’s eliminated in radice: a) the existence in our system of extrajudicial enforcement titulaSettore IUS/15 - Diritto Processuale Civilesince it would lead to increase autonomous expropriations (one for each creditor who can today intervene) and to increment judicial enquiries in order to form enforceable judgments
