El objetivo de mi tesis doctoral es el estudio de los dominios transmembrana (TMD) de las proteínas de la familia Bcl-2. La principal función de esta familia de proteínas es la regulación del proceso apoptótico (1,2). Para Ello, se establece un balance de interacciones proteína-proteína entre los miembros pro- y antiapoptóticos de esta familia proteica (3,4). This paper offers an explanation of the link between grandiose narcissism and support for radical right parties. Drawing on representative data of the GESIS Panel ( N = 2827), focusing on support for the German radical right populist party Alternative for Germany in 2016 and treating grandiose narcissism as a two–dimensional concept, it is shown that the effects of grandiose narcissism are indirect rather than direct. The paper also reveals that it is mainly narcissistic rivalry that accounts for radical right party support, whereas narcissistic admiration has a protecting relationship. Diplomdarbā ir veikts pētījums, lai noskaidrotu kā skaņu rīku izmantošana rotaļnodarbībās ar literatūras dominanti palīdz vecināt 5 – 6 gadu vecu bērnu valodas attīstību. Darbā ir analizēta teorētiskā literatūra par bērna valodas attīstību, rotaļām ar skaņām un skaņu rīkiem, rotaļnodarbības būtību un literatūras nozīmi pirmsskolas izglītības mācību saturā. Izpētīta X pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes grupu materiālā bāze – pieejamie skaņu rīki, kā arī veikta aptauja par skaņu rīku izmantošanas pieredzi pirmsskolas pedagoģiskajā procesā. While interaction of such helices appears to be common, the role of the small residues in mediating and/or stabilizing transmembrane helix oligomers remains mostly elusive. Public policy in families and successions regulations : the case of ?talaq?

According to EU Regulations on transnational families and successions, a foreign rule remains without effect if it is deemed contrary to the so-called public policy (ordre public) of the forum?s legal system. As a consequence, judges have to evaluate whether the application of foreign law is incompatible with fundamental principles of the domestic law, especially whether it would constitute a violation against human rights. An outstanding controversial issue is today represented by Islamic repudiation (talaq): two contrasting Italian judicial decisions of August 2020 may illustrate how difficult it could be to determine what public policy is.
