Dipeptidyl Enoates As Potent Rhodesain Inhibitors That Display a Dual Mode of Action

Dipeptidyl enoates were prepared through a high-yielding two-step synthetic route. They have a dipeptidic structure with a 4-oxoenoate moiety as a warhead with multiple reactive sites. Dipeptidyl enoates were screened against rhodesain and human cathepsins B and L, and were found to be potent and selective inhibitors of rhodesain. Among them (S,E)-ethyl 5-((S)-2-{[(benzyloxy)carbonyl]amino}-3-phenylpropanamido)-7-methyl-4-oxooct-2-enoate (6) was the most potent, with an IC50 value of 16.4 nm and kinact/Ki=1.6×106 m−1 s−1 against rhodesain. Mācību grāmatas ir vienas no visbiežāk izmantotiem materiāliem valodas apguvei. Šī darba mērķis ir analizēt eseju rakstīšanas uzdevumu veidus B2 līmenī. Mērķa sasniegšanai tika veikta satura analīze “High Note 4” un “Focus 4” mācību grāmatu komplektiem. Rezultāti parādīja, ka vairums uzdevumu ir eseju rakstīšana, kuros studentiem ir jāizstrādā rakstisks darbs vai jāieraksta trūkstošos saistvārdus esejās vai teikumos. Divu mācību grāmatu komplektu novērtējums parādīja, ka “Focus 4” un “High Note 4” studentu grāmatām, kā arī darba grāmatām ir atšķirības saturā un tā secības, uzdevumu skaita, eseju tēmu, pašpārbaudes uzdevumu ziņā. El objetivo de este trabajo es presentar el proceso de adaptación al Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior del cuestionario de opinión del alumnado sobre la docencia de su profesorado que se ha seguido en la Universidad del País Vasco. Este estudio analizo las propiedades psicometricas de la Escala de Percepcion de Promocion del Bienestar para Entrenadores (EPPBE), compuesta por 6 dimensiones: Autocontrol, castigo, apoyo social, apoyo a la autonomia, apoyo a la competencia y apoyo a la afiliacion. Se administro la escala a 506 entrenadores y se realizo un analisis factorial confirmatorio. La validez nomologica se analizo a traves de las relaciones de las variables con la satisfaccion de necesidades basicas y la motivacion autodeterminada. Relationship between family educational styles and social value of education: reflections of a study

The goal of this study is to analyze the relationship between the social value that the families give to education of their sons and daughters, and the family educational styles. For this, we apply 4103 questionnaires of evaluation of Family Educational Styles (EEF) of Bisquert (2017). We used 5 context variables of the same questionnaire because of their conceptual relationship with the evaluation dimensions of Subjective Social Value of Education (VSESubjective) of Jornet, Perales and Sánchez Delgado (2011). In this article, the research topic is to develop an evaluation model for social work with substance abusers. It is studied by presenting an example of how the evaluation process could be carried out in practice. The study has been implemented with the Department of Social Services and Health Care’s Centre for Recovering Substance Abusers in Finland (RSA Centre). Gli Autori, dopo aver descrittole caratteristiche ambientali del sottobacino Iudeo Bucari e l’attività agricola prevalentemente legataalla vitivinicoltura, descrivono alcune prove di vinificazione di uve Grillo provenienti da tre vignesite nel sottobacino Iudeo – Bucari gestite in modo ordinario, delle quali si è monitorata la maturazione delle uve. L'obiettivo è quello di caratterizzare il prodotto vino ottenuto attraverso una tecnica di vinificazione uniforme ed ordinaria nella zona, ma che mira a mettere in evidenza la diversa qualità tecnologica delle uve utilizzate espressione dicontesti eco-pedologici diversi.
Procedures for study of teaching practices. Literature Review

Interest in studying teaching practices has increased, because of the need to evaluate teachers and dissatisfaction with the usual ways of doing it. Recent approaches with Value-Added Models, based on students’ results on achievement tests do not seem satisfactory. The article is based on a review of literature and classifies the approaches to practices in three groups: instruments based on information given by teachers; observation protocols; and approaches based on the analysis of products of the practices.
