The aim of this study was to investigate the attitudes of trade union representatives toward companies’ CSR practices. The research participants were representatives of altogether nine Finnish trade unions and one Finnish solidarity centre representing the trade unions. The data had been collected as part of a bigger research project concerning trade unions and CSR but this study is an independent research using the same data. Considering the limited attention paid to interpersonal aspects of emotions, this study explored coaches’ perceptions of athletes’ performance-related states and how they used this information for its regulation. Using a case study approach, three coach-athlete dyads from competitive tennis took part in one-on-one semi-structured interviews. Individualized profiling of psychobiosocial states was used to assess athletes’ states in most and least successful performances and as a way of data triangulation. Mobile Banking Services Continuous Usage -- Case Study of Finland

Finland is at the forefront of using new information systems, such as mobile banking (m-banking). The present study develops and tests a model of continuous usage intentions toward m-banking services for a sample of 273 Finnish m-banking users. Results confirm the hypothesized direct relationships between self-congruence and perceived value, perceived risk and perceived value, perceived value and continuous usage, and continuous usage and word of mouth.
