Abstract In Spain, as of the 1980s, new defiant poetic voices appeared and reiterated the question of political compromise in literature. Often named poets of the " critical conscience " , these authors organized themselves in communities. Working as backfires necessary to the struggle against weak forms of fascism, their aim is to gain again the common desire for emancipation. This article initiates a study of Jorge Riechmann´s work and will enable to shed light on some essential features of his writing style, namely dissidence and transgression.

Aims To identify a valid, longitudinally invariant factor model for stress of conscience and to investigate how stress of conscience dimensions associate with burnout and turnover intentions. Background There has been a lack of consensus about the number and content of stress of conscience dimensions, and a lack of longitudinal studies on its development and outcomes. Design A longitudinal, person-centred survey study using the STROBE checklist. Methods Healthcare personnel (n = 306) rated their stress of conscience in 2019 and 2021. This paper examines how stances and understandings pertaining to whether home education is civically legitimate within liberal democratic contexts can depend on how one conceives normative roles of the secular state and the religious neutrality that is commonly associated with it. For the purposes of this paper, home education is understood as a manifestation of an educational philosophy ideologically based on a given conception of the good.
