Resistive switching behaviour in ZnO and VO 2 memristors grown by pulsed laser deposition

The resistive switching behaviour observed in microscale memristors based on laser ablated ZnO and VO 2 is reported. A comparison between the two materials is reported against an active device size. The results show that devices up to 300 × 300 μm 2 exhibit a memristive behaviour regardless of the device size, and 100 × 100 μm 2 ZnO-based memristors have the best resistance off/on ratio.

Las personas homosexuales y bisexuales constituyen un colectivo sobre el que se ejerce violencia. Este estudio analiza la prevalencia e influencia que ejerce la violencia homofóbica sufrida a lo largo de la vida sobre la sintomatología depresiva y el nivel de autoestima. La muestra está compuesta por 730 personas homosexuales o bisexuales con edades comprendidas entre los 18 y los 60 años (M = 28.47; DT = 8.81). Following the introduction of the provisional low-temperature scale from 0.9 mK to 1K, PLTS-2000, there is a need for primary and secondary thermometers and fixed points, which can disseminate the scale to users. This paper reports on the progress, within the EU collaborative project ‘ULT Dissemination’, in the development and evaluation of several devices with associated instrumentation. Sublexical effects on eye movements during repeated reading of words and pseudowords in Finnish

The role of different orthographic units (letters, syllables, words) in reading of orthographically transparent Finnish language was studied by independently manipulating the number of letters (NoL) and syllables (NoS) in words and pseudowords and by recording eye movements during repeated reading aloud of these items. Fluent adult readers showed evidence for using larger orthographic units in (pseudo)word recoding, whereas dysfluent children seem to be stuck in a letter-based decoding strategy, as lexicality and item repetition decreased the NoL effect only among adult readers. This work proposes a study of the Piecewise Linear assuming Variation in Chromaticity (PLVC) dis- play color characterization model. This model has not been widely used as the improved accuracy compared with the more common PLCC (Piecewise Linear assuming Chromaticity Constancy) model is not significant for CRT (Cathode Ray Tube) display technology, and it requires more computing power than this model. El tratado Sobre los procedimientos anatómicos ofrece un extenso corpus para el estudio de la lengua literaria de Galeno. La naturaleza de ésta ha sido alineada tanto en las filas de un aticismo moderado como en las del antiaticismo. Frente a esta segunda opción, que abunda en la definición de la obra desde una óptica que excluye todo fin literario de la misma, los frecuentes recursos retóricos muestran un buen conocimiento de la prosa artística por parte de nuestro autor. Ahora bien, el análisis de la lengua demuestra que está basada en la koiné no literaria.
