The study aims to reflect on the training of future primary school teachers by starting from the use of the e-portfolio as an innovative tool to promote the acquisition of reflective and self-evaluation competence within the flipped classroom. The research involved 154 students of Primary Education Master’s Degree Course of the University of Palermo attending to the Docimology course during the academic year 2020/2021. This paper presents the theoretical assumptions objectives and operating methods of a path that made the use of the e-portfolio in flipped classroom to promote the development of docimological skills in higher education. This paper offers a reflection on the expected competencies identified through the formulation of the Dublin descriptors of the CdS in Education Sciences (L-19) and Primary Education Sciences (LM-85bis) established at the University of Palermo and in the same time to propose a model for the development of professional maturity necessary to ensure informed mature and responsible choices. We want to introduce researchers to techniques that help to solve some problems in the work of the molecular biologist. After transformation of recombinant DNA in E. coli cells many clones are usually produced, and the same situation appears if recombinant DNA expression libraries are available. Furthermore, if appropriate monoclonal or polyclonal antibodies are available, the method of immunoscreening of colonies for direct immunological detection of translational products of cloned genes can be used. Selected clones could be chosen for further studies such as determination of their primary structure by DNA sequencing and for characterization of an appropriate expressed protein.

At the end of the 19th century, Spanish carnivals have been marked by the participation of the different tunas or also known as, estudiantinas. These groups achieved significant relevance in Galicia, especially in the city of Compostela, which, year after year, encouraged and supported the formation of groups of this nature to liven up the carnivals in the different Spanish cities.
