The objective was to compare three score systems, pneumonia severity index (PSI), the Confusion-Urea-Respiratory Rate-Blood pressure-65 (CURB-65), and severe community-acquired pneumonia (SCAP), for prediction of the outcomes in a cohort of patients with community-acquired (CAP) and healthcare-associated pneumonia (HCAP). International audience; We show theoretically that nonlinear optical media characterized by a finite response time may support the existence of discrete spectral incoherent solitons. The structure of the soliton consists of three incoherent spectral bands that propagate in frequency space toward the low-frequency components in a discrete fashion and with a constant velocity. Hence, to implement preventive measures, it is of great interest to figure out at which spatio-temporal scale crimes are more likely to be repeated by offenders. The Knox test is the most used statistical tool for evaluating the presence of the near-repeat phenomenon given a dataset of crimes that are located in space and time. International audience; Nominal Ti2Ni was synthesized under argon atmosphere at room temperature using a planetary high-energy ball mill. The effect of milling time and Zr substitution for Ti on the microstructure was characterized by XRD, SEM and TEM, and the discharge capacities of Ti2xZrxNi (x 1/4 0, 0.1, 0.2) were examined by electrochemical measurements at galvanostatic conditions. XRD analysis shows that amorphous phase of Ti2Ni can be elaborated by 60 h of milling, whereas Zr substitution hinders amorphization process of the system.
