Sátira y política en el primer republicanismo: los tres juicios de Juan Martínez Villergas (1840-1854)

El texto analiza la importancia que tuvo el uso literario de la sátira para la cultura política del primer republicanismo español a través de la figura de Juan Martínez Villergas (1817-1894), el más conocido autor satírico de la España de las décadas centrales del siglo XIX. Se señalan el sentido y la utilidad de este género literario para esta cultura política. Asimismo, se apunta a cómo la confluencia entre la actividad política y la literaria configuraron un determinado modelo de poeta revolucionario y una forma de entender la literatura que empezó a ser cuestionada y arrinconada en la España posrevolucionaria, bajo la hegemonía cultural del liberalismo respetable.

This essay highlight limits of contitutional reform reducing parlamentary members. At first sight this appear like an easy and bounded reform: but really it is not, the devaluation of political representation is at stake, one of the highest values of any constitutional system. The advances of short interfering RNA (siRNA)-mediated therapy provide a powerful option for the treatment of many diseases, including cancer, by silencing the expression of targeted genes involved in the progression of the pathology. On this regard, a new pH-responsive polycation derived from inulin, Inulin-g-imidazole-g-diethylenetriamine (INU-IMI-DETA), was designed and employed to produce INU-IMI-DETA/siRNA "Inulin COmplex Nanoaggregates" (ICONs). The experimental results showed that INU-IMI-DETA exhibited strong cationic characteristics and high solubility in the pH range 3-5 and self-aggregation triggered by pH increase and physiological salt concentration. Hyaluronic acid (HA) forms pericellular coats in many cell types that are involved in the early stages of cell adhesion by interacting with the CD44 receptor. Based on the largely recognized overexpression of the CD44 receptor in tumor tissues, a polybenzofulvene molecular brush has been enveloped into hyaluronan shells to obtain a tri-component polymer brush (TCPB) composed of intrinsically fluorescent backbones bearing nona(ethylene glycol) arms terminated with low molecular weight HA macromolecules. Activated carbons (ACs) can be produced from biomass in a thermal process either in a direct carbonization-activation process or by first carbonizing the biomass and later activating the bio-chars into activated carbons. The properties of the ACs are dependent on the type of process used for production. In this study, the properties of activated carbons produced in one-stage and two-stage processes are considered.
