In the article, the author presents the concept of public interest in spatial planning and development from the perspective of selected specific regulations. The subject of the analysis are certain requirements of environmental protection, including water management and protection of agricultural and forest land; requirements of protection of cultural heritage and monuments, as well as contemporary cultural assets, and the need to ensure an adequate quantity and quality of water for the purpose of supplying the population. Il contributo analizza i sonetti di tre poetesse palermitane: Marta, Laura e Onofria Bonanno. I componimenti furono pubblicati all’interno del primo volume delle Rime dell’Accademia degli Accesi di Palermo nel 1571. Many medical works, eastern and western, have described the technique Jiu Fa (moxibustion) of point Zhi Yin (BL 67) (reaching Yin) in order to correct a bad presentation of the fetus and thus facilitate a normal delivery. However, those works do not develop an explanation of the theoretical bases of Chinese medicine that lead to that therapeutic decision, and they do not mention what Nei Jing Su Wen Ling Shu teaches us about which energy path is the one that leads to a correction of the fetal position to allow an eutocic delivery when heat is applied with moxa on the little toe (BL 67).
