Krāsu kalibrēšanas algoritma izstrāde

Darbs ir uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 24 lapaspusēm. Tas satur 16 attēlus, 4 pielikumus un 19 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. Darba mērķis: Pārbaudīt un modificēt datoru monitoru krāsu kalibrēšanas algoritmu. Metode: Pētījumā tika izmantos NEC monitors, kuram tika noskaidroti esoša krāsu kalibrēšanas algoritma koeficienti un tika ierosināta šī algoritma modificēšana, t.sk. precīzi noskaidrotas lineārās sakarības starp katra krāsu kanāla X un Z integrālsummām un spožuma vērtībām. Rezultāti: Neviens no algoritmiem (standarta un modificēts) nenodrošina ideālu rezultātu, kā arī neviens no algoritmiem neuzrāda ka viens būtu labāks par otru.

Objective. Although rhinitis is extremely frequent in children, methods for assessing the severity of nasal inflammation produce results with wide variability and hence weak clinical significance. We designed this epidemiologic investigation to define the clinical usefulness of assessing nasal cellularity in children. Methods. Development and in vitro Evaluation of Antigen-Loaded Poly(amidoamine) Nanoparticles for Respiratory Epithelium Applications

A poly(amidoamine) with disulfide linkages in the main chain and 4-hydroxybutyl and ω-carboxy-PEG groups (9:1 ratio) as side chains was prepared by Michael addition polymerization of cystamine bisacrylamide with 4-hydroxybutylamine and ω-carboxy-PEG-amine. To develop therapeutic protein formulations for improved delivery of antigen via the intranasal route, nanoparticles were prepared from this polymer by self-assembly with p24 or ovalbumin as the model proteins and CpG as the adjuvant. The nanoparticles incorporated the antigens and adjuvant from the feed solution with high efficiency (∼90 %) and have sizes of 112 and 169 nm, respectively, with low positive surface charge (∼+2 mV). Presence of plastic particles in waterbirds faeces collected in Spanish lakes

Plastic intake by marine vertebrates has been widely reported, but information about its presence in continental waterfowl is scarce. Here we analyzed faeces of waterbirds species (European coot, Fulica atra, mallard, Anas platyrhynchos and shelduck, Tadorna tadorna) for plastic debris in five wetlands in Central Spain. We collected 89 faeces of shelduck distributed in four lakes, 43.8% of them presented plastic remnants. Sixty percent of 10 faeces of European coot and 45% of 40 faeces of mallard contained plastic debris.
