The sociotechnical approach considers users’ motives, attitudes, cognitions and behaviors when designing work environments. This note will describe those phenomena in office environments. It will also present a set of tools to assess those phenomena and will provide guidelines to improve them.

Los datos pertenecen a dos grupos experimentales y un grupo control. [ES] El objetivo de este trabajo era concretar el perfil de los alumnos excelentes en la universidad, de cara a precisar modelos eficaces de funcionamiento que se pudieran generalizar y enseñar, en la medida de lo posible. Para ello se recogieron datos de varios grupos de alumnos de 1º de la Universidad Politécnica de Valencia con las mejores notas de entrada de diferentes titulaciones cuyos resultados se compararon con los de alumnos de calificaciones medias. Tutkimuksessani tarkastelen lyhytaikaisen ulkomailla oleskelun vaikutuksia viiteen suomalaiseen alakouluikäiseen oppilaaseen. Oppilaiden kokemukset karttuivat Comenius projektissa EU ja minä. Kaikki viisi haastateltua lasta olivat oppilaina samassa Pohjois-Pohjanmaalla sijaitsevassa koulussa, ja osallistuivat samoille kolmeen eri EU-maahan suuntautuneille opintomatkoille. Kaikki oppilaat matkustivat oppilasparin kanssa, ja kokivat samantyyppisiä tapahtumia. Este artículo presenta una revisión de parte de un estudio de investigación sobre actitudes lingüísticas: “Estudio sobre las actitudes lingüísticas en Andalucía: andaluz oriental y andaluz occidental” (Ruiz Pareja, 2015). El objetivo de este trabajo es arrojar un poco de luz sobre el contraste que existe en Sociolingüística entre las actitudes afectivas y cognitivas, que además están presentes en numerosos cuestionarios y estudios en esta disciplina.
