The purpose of my study was to use the Psychotherapist Identity Interview (PII) method, developed for this study and based on Erik H. Erikson's and Heinz Kohut's theories, to examine the significance of the personal characteristics of psychotherapists for psychotherapy, and their effect on treatment results. Pandemia COVID-19 spowodowała ogromne zmiany w funkcjonowaniu społeczeństw i gospodarek,w tym ograniczenia w korzystaniu z komunikacji publicznej. W efekcie zmalała liczba pasażerów i pomimo luzowania obostrzeń, trudno skłonić mieszkańców do powrotu do tej formy przemieszczania się. Dlatego istotne wydaje się zastanowienie się nad tym, w jaki sposób pandemia wpłynęła na wzorce zachowań komunikacyjnych, a przede wszystkim w jakim stopniu rozwiązania inteligentne mogą wspierać zrównoważoną mobilność po pandemii. W artykule dokonano przeglądu literatury z zakresu planowania transportu publicznego oraz zidentyfikowano narzędzia mobilności inteligentnej, które mogą skłonić do korzystania z niego.

This study examined the associations of work schedules and spousal satisfaction among Finnish (n = 347), Dutch (n = 304) and British (n = 337) parents. In addition to comparing parents with nonstandard schedule with parents in regular day work, the study examined separately the roles played in spousal satisfaction of morning, evening, night and weekend work and other working time-related variables (working hours, changes in and influence over one’s work schedules and spouse’s work schedule). Synthesis and Antitumor Evaluation of Menthone-Derived Pyrimidine-Urea Compounds as Potential PI3K/Akt/mTOR Signaling Pathway Inhibitor.

A series of novel menthone derivatives bearing pyrimidine and urea moieties was designed and synthesized to explore more potent natural product-derived antitumor agents. The structures of the target compounds were confirmed by FTIR, NMR, and HRMS. The in vitro antitumor activity was tested by standard methyl thiazolytetrazolium assay and showed that 4i, 4g, 4s, and 4m are the best compounds with IC50 values of 6.04 ± 0.62µM, 3.21 ± 0.67µM, 19.09 ± 0.49µM, and 18.68 ± 1.53µM, against Hela, MGC-803, MCF-7, and A549, respectively. Longitudinal associations between teacher-child interactions and academic skills in elementary school

This study examined the extent to which the quality of teacher-child interactions assessed in kindergarten (6-year-olds) is associated with children's reading and math development across the elementary school years. The sample consisted of 515 Finnish children (271 boys, 244 girls). Teacher-child interactions were observed in 49 kindergarten classrooms. The findings from the latent growth curve models showed that high-quality teacher–child interactions in kindergarten were positively associated with the initial levels of reading and math skills. International audience; In this study, we propose to analyze students' entrepreneurial intention, drawing on Lazear's (2004) self-selection model. This model captures the role of "human capital" in employment assignment and emphasizes the importance of the variety of skills in the individual's entrepreneurial orientation. For this purpose, we have a database collected in 2017 from over 1000 students at Ouaga I and Ouaga II universities in Burkina Faso. Hence, understanding the evolution of key energetic traits, such as basal metabolic rate (BMR), in natural populations is central for understanding life-history evolution and ecological processes.
