Abstract The compounds [quinolinium]4[Bi2Cl10] (1), [isoquinolinium]4[Bi2Cl10].2H2O (2) and [8-hydroxyquinolinium]4[BiCl6]·Cl·2H2O (3) have been obtained by reacting bismuthate oxide and the appropriate base in HCl acid medium. The crystal structures of 1 and 2 consist of quinolinium and isoquinolinium cations, respectively, interacting through hydrogen bonding with [Bi2Cl10]4− dimers. The different degree of interactions in the two derivatives causes significant differences in the bond distances of the anions. Aus der nucleophilen Substitution eines Chloratoms in 2,4-Dichlor-6-(diallylamino)-1,3,5-triazin (1) durch Amine (2a-g) gehen die Alkylamino- und Cycloalkylamino-chlor-(diallylamino)-1,3,5-triazine (3a-g) hervor. Von den zur Untermauerung des Strukturtyps 3 herangezogenen spektroskopischen Daten sind besonders charakteristisch die durch das 1,3,5-Triazinringsystem hervorgerufene IR-Bande bei 800 cm−1, die den Allylgruppen zuzuordnenden vier 1H-NMR-Signale zwischen 4,1–6,1 ppm und das beim massenspektroskopischen Abbau auftretende Rumpfkation m/e 158. Die nucleophile Substitution eines Chloratoms in 2,4-Dichlor-6-diethylamino-1,3,5-triazin (1) durch die Hydroxyacetophenone 2a–c fuhrt zu den 2-Acetylphenoxy-4-chlor-6-diethylamino-1,3,5-triazinen 3a–c. Analog geht aus der Umsetzung von 1 mit 4-Fluoranilin (4a) das Monoanilinoderivat 5a hervor; dagegen bildet sich unter den gleichen Reaktionsbedingungen aus 1 und 2-Fluoranilin (4b) das Dianilinoderivat 5b. In order to investigate the pharmacological screening of a number of pyran-4-ones their synthesis by cyclization with sulphuric acid of the corresponding 1,3,5-triketones has been carried out with high yields. In the course of preparation of the latter the reaction of 2-acetyltetralone with some esters of benzoic acid derivatives has been studied and in particular, for a number of them, an interesting nucleophilic substitution of a chlorine atom with an alkoxy group on a benzenic nucleus has been evidenced.
