Politycy w sposób oczywisty stają się uczestnikami medialnej debaty o bezpieczeństwie. Jest to konsekwencja zarówno obiektywnego znaczenia problemu, jak i powszechnego zainteresowania tą tematyką wśród medialnej publiczności, którą stanowią potencjalni wyborcy. Rozdział jest próbą rekonstrukcji debaty o przestępczości prowadzonej przez polityków w przestrzeni medialnej. Il tema della povertà e degli strumenti di sostegno di natura reddituale viene riproposto in questo numero della rivista il prosecuzione del precedente. L'accento è però posto sulle sperimentazioni che enti e istituzioni hanno avviato anche in forma autonoma o con l'ausilio del terzo settore. The theme of poverty and income support tools is re-proposed in this issue of the magazine as a continuation of the previous one. The emphasis, however, is placed on the experiments that bodies and institutions have also started autonomously or with the help of the third sector.

The citizens were then moved into a New City drawn by the Institute for Social Building Development ISES in a plain formerly used only for agriculture. How to give identity to an urban infrastructural system spread between fields? Quaroni and Anversa, who were comissioned to construct the building of the main church, combined the necessity of identity with a symbol of the city's rebirth project. In the debates on deliberative democracy it’s a common idea that the defenders of this theory argue for the direct participation of the citizens in the political issues and for the transformation of our current representative devices. However, in this work I argue that this conception is misguided, and that it’s the minority who defends the direct participation. The majority of the writers acknowledges the necessity of a representative device, although based on different premises to the liberal system.
