Współpraca partnerska w łańcuchu dostaw jako warunek sprawnego zarządzania sektorem publicznym

2017

Celem artykułu jest wskazanie roli relacji międzyorganizacyjnych w zarządzaniu łańcuchem dostaw w sektorze publicznym. Został on zrealizowany podstawie analiz o charakterze teoretycznym, w oparciu o założenia marketingu relacji, Nowego Zarządzania Publicznego oraz Public Governance.

Photocatalytic nano-composite architectural lime mortar for degradation of urban pollutants under solar and visible (interior) light

2017

Abstract Recent advances in nano-technology and nano-additives can give enhanced properties to natural hydraulic lime (NHL), creating a multifunctional material. We have prepared a novel nanocomposite, made of a commercial mortar with 1 wt% and 5 wt% added titania nanoparticles (NPs). These TiO 2 NPs are themselves doped with 1 mol% silver, to give the material enhanced photocatalytic and antimicrobial properties. The Ag-doped TiO 2 NPs were made from a simple, costs effective, aqueous green nanosynthesis process, and the end material only contains 0.01–0.05% Ag. As this mortar is intended to both combat atmospheric pollution, and create more durable/lower maintenance building facades (plas…

Search for inelastic scattering of WIMP dark matter in XENON1T

2021

We report the results of a search for the inelastic scattering of weakly interacting massive particles (WIMPs) in the XENON1T dark matter experiment. Scattering off $^{129}$Xe is the most sensitive probe of inelastic WIMP interactions, with a signature of a 39.6 keV de-excitation photon detected simultaneously with the nuclear recoil. Using an exposure of 0.89 tonne-years, we find no evidence of inelastic WIMP scattering with a significance of more than 2$\sigma$. A profile-likelihood ratio analysis is used to set upper limits on the cross-section of WIMP-nucleus interactions. We exclude new parameter space for WIMPs heavier than 100 GeV/c${}^2$, with the strongest upper limit of $3.3 \time…

Search for Light Dark Matter Interactions Enhanced by the Migdal Effect or Bremsstrahlung in XENON1T.

2019

Direct dark matter detection experiments based on a liquid xenon target are leading the search for dark matter particles with masses above ∼5 GeV/c2, but have limited sensitivity to lighter masses because of the small momentum transfer in dark matter-nucleus elastic scattering. However, there is an irreducible contribution from inelastic processes accompanying the elastic scattering, which leads to the excitation and ionization of the recoiling atom (the Migdal effect) or the emission of a bremsstrahlung photon. In this Letter, we report on a probe of low-mass dark matter with masses down to about 85 MeV/c2 by looking for electronic recoils induced by the Migdal effect and bremsstrahlung us…

XPS structural data and correlation with Mossbauer spectra for Tin-organic compounds: adducts of RnSnCl4-n with 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane

1982

Abstract Core level X-ray photoelectron spectra of 1:1 adducts of SnCl4 and RSnCl3 with DPE {[RnSnCl4−n} · DPE (n = 1, R = Me, Bun, Octn, Phn; n = 2, R = Ph; DPE = 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane], have been measured in solid phase. The Sn3d 5 2 binding energies, corrected for the Madelung potential at the metal atom, are well correlated with both partial atomic charge on tin, accounting for relaxation upon ionization, and 119Sn Mossbauer isomer shifts. The results are discussed in terms of these molecular parameters.

Neiromediatora serotonīna ietekme uz augļu mušu (Drosophila melanogaster) kustību lateralitāti

2022

Augļu mušu (Drosophila melanogaster) depresīvā uzvedības modeļa izpēte ar y-tipa labirinta metodi, var palīdzēt saprast depresīvās uzvedības pamatelementus. Augļu mušas ir labi pazīstams un plaši pielietojams modeļobjekts bioloģijas nozares pētījumos, ir zināms, ka serotonīna sintēzes cikls ir evolucionāri konservatīvs, līdzīgs visiem dzīvniekiem, tāpēc ir svarīgi apzināties kādus ķīmiskos līdzekļus vislabāk pielietot tālakos uzvedības pētījumos. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt vai selektīvie serotonīna inhibitori ietekmē augļu mušu Oregon R kustību lateritāti. Kopā pētījumā analizēti, selektīvā serototonīna atpakaļpiesaistes inhibitora escitaloprāma un, vielas ar antidepresīvām īpašībām, triptofān…

The science case of the FRS Ion Catcher for FAIR Phase-0

2019

The FRS Ion Catcher at GSI enables precision experiments with thermalized projectile and fission fragments. At the same time it serves as a test facility for the Low-Energy Branch of the Super-FRS at FAIR. The FRS Ion Catcher has been commissioned and its performance has been characterized in five experiments with 238U and 124Xe projectile and fission fragments produced at energies in the range from 300 to 1000 MeV/u. High and almost element-independent efficiencies for the thermalization of short-lived nuclides produced at relativistic energies have been obtained. High-accuracy mass measurements of more than 30 projectile and fission fragments have been performed with a multiple-reflection…

Analysis of the Potential of an Increase in Yeast Output Resulting from the Application of Additional Process Wastewater in the Evaporator Station

2019

This paper reports the results of an analysis of process wastewater streams in the context of an increase in yeast production. This research is based on the analysis of data from the biggest yeast factory in Europe. The research presented in this paper involves the analysis of the influence of direction of additional wastewater into the evaporator station on yeast production. In the process wastewater, nitrogen is mainly present in organic forms. The analysis reported in this paper involves the concentration of total nitrogen in wastewater streams, as it is the main parameter applied to determine the amount of wastewater that can be applied in agricultural fields. Directing additional waste…
