En el presente trabajo hemos estudiado la reacción de fusión-evaporación 56Fe(p,n gamma)56Co con un haz incidente de protones de 10 MeV en el Maier-Leibnitz-Laboratory (MLL) de la Technische Universität München (TUM, Alemania). Los rayos gamma emitidos en la desexcitación del núcleo impar-impar 56Co fueron medidos "in-beam" con cuatro detectores triples de germanio de alta resolución MINIBALL. El experimento proveyó excelentes datos en las coincidencias gamma-gamma. Un total de 223 transiciones gamma han sido observadas y colocadas en el esquema de niveles del 56Co, de las cuales 169 son gammas observadas por primera vez. Prompt.-ray spectroscopy of the neutron-rich Kr-96, produced in transfer-and fusion-induced fission reactions, has been performed using the combination of the Advanced Gamma Tracking Array and the VAMOS + +spectrometer. A second excited state, assigned to J pi = 4(+), is observed for the first time, and a previously reported level energy of the first 2+ excited state is confirmed. The measured energy ratio R-4/2 = E(4(+))/E(2(+)) = 2.12(1) indicates that this nucleus does not show a well-developed collectivity contrary to that seen in heavier N = 60 isotones. Formando parte de los estudios encaminados al conocimiento del parasitismo intestinal en la población infantil nicaragüense, la presente Tesis Doctoral tiene como objetivo básico abordar el parasitismo intestinal en los diferentes Departamentos que conforman la Región Pacífico, excepción hecha del Departamento de Managua. The study of radiation effects in DNA is a multidisciplinary endeavour, connecting the physical, chemical and biological sciences. Despite being mostly filtered by the ozone layer, sunlight radiation is still expected to (photo)ionise DNA in sizeable yields, triggering an electron removal process and the formation of potentially reactive cationic species. In this manuscript, photoionisation decay channels of important DNA tautomeric derivatives, 7H-adenine and 7H-guanine, are characterised with accurate CASSCF/XMS-CASPT2 theoretical methods. Caregivers of people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) are chronically exposed to high levels of stress. In turn, such stress is associated with high rates of negative health outcomes. However, few studies have analyzed the effects of psychotherapeutic interventions in improving health in this population. Abstract A straightforward quantification method to consistently determine the overall functionalization degree of covalently modified two‐dimensional (2D) black phosphorus (BP) by Raman spectroscopy has been carried out. Indeed, the successful reductive methylation of the BP lattice using sodium intercalation compounds and exhibiting different functionalization degrees has been demonstrated by 31P‐magic angle spinning (MAS) NMR spectroscopy. In this study, polymeric monoliths with gold nanoparticles (AuNP@monolith) were investigated as microcartridges for the analysis of protein biomarkers by on-line solid-phase extraction capillary electrophoresis-mass spectrometry (SPE-CE-MS). “Plug-and-play” microcartridges (7 mm) were prepared from a glycidyl methacrylate (GMA)-based monolithic capillary column (5 cm x 250 µm i.d.), which was modified with ammonia and subsequently functionalized with gold nanoparticles (AuNPs).
