The doubly fed induction generator (DFIG)-based wind energy conversion system (WECS) suffers from voltage and frequency fluctuations due to the stochastic nature of wind speed as well as nonlinear loads. Moreover, the high penetration of wind energy into the power grid is a challenge for its smooth operation. Hence, symmetrical faults are most intense, inflicting the stator winding to low voltage, disturbing the low-voltage ride-through (LVRT) functionality of a DFIG. Gripas vīrusa mažorais virsmas antigēns hemaglutinīns (HA) ir primārais vīrusa neitralizējošo antivielu mērķis. HA stiebrs jeb stalks ir strukturāli konservatīvs proteīna domēns, kas šobrīd raisa plašu interesi kā potenciāls universālas gripas vakcīnas kandidāts. Darba ietvaros tika analizēti divu HA apakštipu (H1 un H3) stalka peptīdi, kas savstarpēji pārklājas C galā, – 57 aminoskābju garais peptīds 1 un N-galā pagarinātais 72 aminoskābju garais peptīds 2. Darbā tika veikta stalka peptīdu ekspresija, attīrīšana un kristalizācija. Abstract The hippocampus is an anatomically compartmentalized structure embedded in highly wired networks that are essential for cognitive functions. An accurate mathematical representation of the PSD is required to estimate soil hydraulic properties and to compare texture measurements from different classification systems. Celem opracowania jest wskazanie na rolę instytucji w kreowaniu lokalnych (regionalnych) biobiznesów. Lokalne biobiznesy opierają się na unikatowym wykorzystaniu zarówno standardowych, jak i specyficznych zasobów terytoriów, w których są zakładane. Analizę przeprowadzono z wykorzystaniem trzech wymiarów transformacji europejskiego modelu rolnictwa: regulacji środowiskowych, dyfuzji wiedzy i informacji oraz powiązań międzyorganizacyjnych i społecznych.
