Incidence des graminées adventices sur l'ergot des céréales

Several species of Claviceps, mainly Claviceps purpurea may develop during cereals growth in place of grains or on the grass weeds head. These fungi may produce sclerotia with alkaloids inside, unsafe for the whole harvest. In order to help growers and grain collect organizations to support good practices, several years trials have been followed up. Synthesis for those data allows to identify strong grass weeds incidence, mainly for black-grass and ryegrass on ergot of cereal contamination, multiplication and maintain.

Aus 5-Hydroxyindol wird durch den Claviceps purpurea-Stamm 47 A 5-Hydroxytryptophan und ω-N-Acetyl-5-hydroxy-tryptophan, durch Cordyceps militaris ω-N-Acetyl-5-hydroxytryptophan und ω-N-Acetyl-serotonin, durch Aspergillus oryzae nur ω-N-Acetyl-serotonin in der Schuttelkultur gebildet. 5-Hydroxyindole, added to submerged cultures, is converted into 5-hydroxytryptophan and ω-N-acetyl-5-hydroxytryptophan by Claviceps purpurea strain 47 A; into ω-N-acetyl-5-hydroxytryptophan and ω-N-acetyl-serotonin by Cordiceps militaris; and only into-ω-N-acetyl-serotonin by Aspergillus oryzae.

UNLABELLED One of the most prominent features of Fabry disease is neuropathic pain. Neuropathic pain occurs after neuronal damage. In contrast to inflammatory or trauma-related pain, which normally helps to maintain or restore body functions, neuropathic pain tends to become chronic, and must therefore be considered a 'pathological' pain. Association between pain, central sensitization and anxiety in postherpetic neuralgia

Background In postherpetic neuralgia (PHN), dorsal root ganglia neurons are damaged. According to the proposed models, PHN pain might be associated with nociceptive deafferentation, and peripheral (heat hyperalgesia) or central sensitization (allodynia). A series of 2-sulfonyliminodihydropyrimidine derivatives have been synthesized and evaluated in vivo for their antinociceptive and anti-inflammatory activities. The results were compared with that of acetyl salicylic acid. Compounds 6Ab-d and 6Be displayed an interesting analgesic profile in the acetic acid-induced abdominal contractions test. Based on the results of the carrageenan-hind paw edema test, compound 6Af showed potential anti-inflammatory activity.

Hemophilic arthropathy is the result of repetitive intra-articular bleeding and synovial inflammation. In people with hemophilic arthropathy (PWHA), very little is known about the neural control of individual muscles during movement. The aim of the present study was to assess if the neural control of individual muscles and coordination between antagonistic muscle pairs and joint kinematics during gait are affected in PWHA.
