Secure interworking with P2PSIP and IMS

In this paper, we propose a secure system model for interconnection between P2PSIP and IMS domains. The interworking solution is based on P2P-IMS GateWay (PIGW), which acts as a normal peer in P2PSIP network and a 3rd party IMS Application Server (AS) in IMS network. The security is achieved by implementing Chord Secure Proxy (CSP) and enhanced with subjective logic based trust model. We also implement this system model and analyze it in several aspects: number of hops and delay, trust improvement and protection against malicious or compromised intermediate peers. The heat shock protein 60 (Hsp60) is a chaperonin belonging to the chaperoning (chaperone) system that typically contributes to protein homeostasis inside mitochondria, but also plays various non-canonical roles unrelated to protein quality control beyond the organelle. Chaperonopathies are disorders in which chaperones play an etiologic-pathogenic role and contribute to the onset/progression of disease. Dynamic aphasia in PSP: A deficit in generating a fluent sequence of novel thought

We report a patient (KAS) who presented with pure dynamic aphasia in the context of progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP). KAS had the hallmark propositional language impairment in the context of preserved naming, reading, repetition and comprehension skills. The severity of KAS's propositional language deficit was demonstrated to be comparable to other dynamic aphasic patients. Remarkably, despite virtually abolished propositional speech, KAS was unimpaired on word and sentence level generation tasks that required a single response. Insomnia, vasomotor symptoms (VMS) and depression often co-occur after the menopause, with consequent health problems and reductions in quality of life. The aim of this position statement is to provide evidence-based advice on the management of postmenopausal sleep disorders derived from a systematic review of the literature. The latter yielded results on VMS, insomnia, circadian rhythm disorders, obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and restless leg syndrome (RLS). Overall, the studies show that menopausal hormone therapy (MHT) improves VMS, insomnia, and mood.
