Why do Third Sector Employees Intend to Remain or Leave their Workplace?

Third sector employees have claimed to enjoy high job satisfaction and low turnover intentions because their work is considered intrinsically rewarding. Employees have strong motivation for public service and they consider the organization’s goals as their own. This makes work meaningful and thus reduces turnover intentions. Changes in the third sector institutional environment, however, have intensified the working environment. This probably undermines job quality and thus increases turnover intentions. We explore the entrepreneurial growth behavior in the context of family farm firms by focusing on the role of pluriactivity. El presente trabajo analiza la influencia que tienen los aspectos emocionales en las intenciones futuras de los usuarios de centros deportivos. A través de una muestra compuesta por 512 usuarios de tres instalaciones deportivas privadas y diversas escalas adaptadas de valor percibido, satisfacción general, intenciones futuras y emociones, se realiza un análisis de consistencia interna de dichas escalas, un descriptivo de media y desviación estándar, análisis de correlación de Pearson y una regresión lineal múltiple. This study based on the self-determination theory aims to examine the relationship among the aspirations that fathers have about their children’s youth baseball practice, the children’s basic psychological needs (satisfaction and frustration), and their intentions to either continue or drop out of baseball practice in a sample of children from Hermosillo, Mexico. The present study aimed to investigate the role of frontopolar cortex in prospective memory (PM) by means of inhibitory theta-burst stimulation (cTBS). "Experiment 1"-8 volunteers were evaluated after inhibitory cTBS over left Brodmann area (BA) 10, right BA10, and Cz. In the PM procedure, sequences of 4 words each were presented. During the intersequence delay, subjects had to repeat the sequence in the observed order (ongoing task forward) or in the reverse order (backward).
