The main accomplishment of the Property Regimes Regulations lies in their bringing more coherence into the cross-border family law adjudication. In the field of international jurisdiction, they strive to align the competence in couples? patrimony disputes to that in succession and in separation proceedings, or else to align the competence of the courts to the applicable law. De l’intérêt des pictogrammes pour figurer les représentations sociocognitives de l’espace résidentiel

Quel rapport émotionnel un individu entretient-il avec son habitat ? Un jeu de simulation de négociation entre les différents critères d’évaluation de l’environnement résidentiel permet de recueillir un corpus de données. Son analyse implique une réflexion sur la formalisation des résultats obtenus. Deux options sont confrontées : une représentation en graphe polaire et une image composée de pictogrammes symbolisant les multiples dimensions de l’espace résidentiel qui peuvent motiver les choix d’installation. Cette dernière image permet une appréhension plus simple du lien entre les structures spatiales, cognitives et sociales.

This paper purports to shed light on primary school teachers’ initial training in the field of creative writing, rewriting and rough draft practices. It analyses a corpus of various pieces of writing by school children and trainee teachers, collected through the implementation of a teaching unit using authors’ and children’s literature writers’ drafts and working documents with children aged 8-11 (CE2-CM) on the one hand, and with trainee teachers on the other. As part of a seminar on introduction to research, these trainee teachers thus questioned their own writing practices, their conception of rewriting and their teaching practices

Cet article s’intéresse aux inquiétudes d’enseignants universitaires débutants avant leurs premiers cours, en tenant compte de leurs conceptions de l’apprentissage et de l’enseignement. Il s’appuie sur une étude empirique réalisée auprès de jeunes chargés de TD/TP de l’université de Bourgogne. Celle-ci montre que la quasi-totalité des jeunes enseignants ont des inquiétudes concernant la préparation de leurs interventions devant les étudiants. After N. J. Wildberger who introduced this notion, this description was achieved for g = sl(n) , the rank 2 semisimple Lie algebras and g = sp (2n).In this work, we generalize these constructions to the Lie algebra g = so(2n + 1). The reactivity of neonatal rabbits to the mammary pheromone as a probe for viability

International audience; Newborn rabbits depend on a daily nursing interaction with the mother to gain milk and to survive. During this interaction, they localise and seize the nipples displaying a typical behaviour triggered by maternal odour cues. The mammary pheromone constitutes such a signal in domestic rabbits: it elicits sucking-related movements in more than 90% of the pups. However, some newborns remain unresponsive to the presentation of the pheromone, even pups apparently healthy and highly motivated to suck. Ce rapport sur « l’application de la laïcité à la justice » est le fruit d’un travail collectif mené sur deux années par une équipe d’enseignants-chercheurs (juristes et sociologues) avec le soutien de la mission de recherche « Droit et Justice ».Le sujet est d’autant plus intéressant que la justice n’est sans doute pas un service public comme les autres. Outre une laïcisation plus lente, la justice se distingue également des autres services publics par la diversité des acteurs qui s’y croisent : tous ne sont pas des professionnels (les jurés notamment) et parmi les professionnels, tous ne sont pas des agents publics.
