Under the paradigm of activation, the Public Employment Services has been reshaped by two levels of contractualization. On one hand, the collaboration of the administration with a network of agents on the programme scheme that make up the active policies of employment. On the other hand, the unemployed person?s access to a compartmentalized offer of services and individually taking responsibility for finding work. This double contractualization reveals redefinition of lowering public responsibility faced with the problem of unemployment that this activation supposes. RESUMEN: El objetivo del estudio fue evaluar los factores psicosociales en el trabajo del personal de justicia de la Comunidad Valencia (España) para identificar la prevalencia de riesgos psicosociales. Participaron 402 trabajadores (28.11 % hombres) incluyendo gestores, tramitadores y auxiliares sociales. Se evaluó con la Batería UNIPSICO (incluye factores de demanda, factores de recursos y consecuencias de los riesgos psicosociales). Analysis of the determinants of entrepreneurial intention: the case of Burkina Faso

International audience; In this study, we propose to analyze students' entrepreneurial intention, drawing on Lazear's (2004) self-selection model. This model captures the role of "human capital" in employment assignment and emphasizes the importance of the variety of skills in the individual's entrepreneurial orientation. For this purpose, we have a database collected in 2017 from over 1000 students at Ouaga I and Ouaga II universities in Burkina Faso. The results of estimates obtained using the quantile regression method show a positive and significant effect of the diversity of skills on the intention score, mainly at the median level. Se estudia la introducción de la vacunación antirrábica en Valencia tras su descubrimiento por Pasteur en 1885. La investigación se ha realizado a partir de documentación de archivo y de prensa médica de la época. Su aplicación se enmarca dentro de la «medicina de laboratorio», mayoritariamente seguida por los integrantes del Cuerpo Municipal de Sanidad del Ayuntamiento valenciano y que permitió una estrecha relación con los laboratorios españoles y extranjeros situados en ese momento a la cabeza de la investigación bacteriológica.

This chapter explores the question of how interactive multimedia talking books can promote young children’s literacy development. Whilst commercially available talking books can motivate young children to read, there is little evidence that they are linked to the development of skills known to promote reading itself. The ‘Bangers and Mash’ talking books (Chera, 2000), were designed to address this issue, and we review studies that evaluated their effectiveness as classroom resources that could promote reading-related skills and abilities. Kiihdytinlaboratoriossa syntyy radioaktiivista jätettä, joka on pääosin tutkimuksessa käytettävien laitteiden osia ja laitteiden huoltojätettä. Aktiivinen jäte tulee luokitella ja käsitellä Suomen lakien määrämällä tavalla. Tässä työssä kartoitettiin jätteestä mahdollisesti löytyviä radioaktiivisia nuklideja ja nuklidien havaitsemiseen sopivaa mittauslaitteistoa. Jäteosia mitattiin gammasäteilyä havaitsevalla mittauslaitteistolla. Osista tunnistettiin radioaktiiviset nuklidit ja laskettiin niiden aktiivisuudet. Näiden määritysten pohjalta päätetään jäteosien jatkokäsittely yhteistyössä viranomaisten kanssa.

Accumulating evidence indicates that gut microbiota plays a significant role in obesity, insulin resistance and associated liver disorders. Family Enterobacteriaceae and especially Enterobacter cloacae strain B29 have been previously linked to obesity and hepatic damage. The underlying mechanisms, however, remain unclear.
