W swoim artykule prezentuję spektakl oparty na poemacie Tomasza Różyckiego - Opolanina, jednego z najważniejszych polskich poetów współczesnych. Dwanaście stacji przedstawia codzienność opolskiego Śląska - regionu, w którym kultura lokalna miesza się z niemiecką i kresową. Szczególnie w Opolu tekst okazuje się nośny, ponieważ dotyczy generacji przesiedleńców z Kresów, która wciąż tu pozostaje, żyjąc w pewnej izolacji. Utwór Różyckiego przedstawia dramat odejścia tej generacji. Starszyzna postanawia wyruszyć z powrotem na Kresy, choć jest to już tylko podróż mentalna. La transazione fiscale, come oggi configurata dall’art. 182 ter della legge fallimentare, può trovare applicazione per i tributi amministrati dalle agenzie fiscali e relativi accessori, ad eccezione di quelli costituenti risorse proprie dell’Unione Europea, nonché per i contributi amministrati dagli enti di previdenza e assistenza obbligatori e relativi accessori. Intento del lavoro è quello di verificare se ed in quali ipotesi l’imprenditore in stato di crisi possa accedere all’istituto della transazione fiscale anche per i tributi dovuti agli enti locali, che non di rado costituiscono una parte ingente del debito fiscale del contribuente.

Pirms Industriālās revolūcijas reklāma bija fenomens, kas izplatījās vietējā mērogā, taču mūsdienās reklāmdevēji uzskata, ka ir „jādomā globāli, bet jārīkojas lokāli”. Paralēli sarunām, kas noris starp globālas un lokālas reklāmas piekritējiem, reklāmdevējiem ir jāatrod veidi, kā patērētājiem pārdot produktus, un viens no veidiem ir transkreācija. Transkreācija ir salīdzinoši jauns jēdziens un tam ir veltīta neliela pētnieciskā darbība, turklāt latviešu valodā šis termins vēl nav atzīts (lai gan Latvijas reklāmdevēji lieto terminu „adaptācija”).
