Luovuus ja kaupallisuus populaarimusiikin kentällä

Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena on tehdä kirjallisuuskatsaus populaarimusiikin mahdollisuuksista luovaan ja taiteelliseen ilmaisuun sen kaupallisessa kontekstissa. Taiteen ja kaupallisuuden välinen suhde on nähty ongelmallisena, koska kaupallisen toiminnan on katsottu rajoittavan luovuuteen liittyviä tekijöitä. Populaarimusiikille tämä on ollut erityisen läheinen, koska sen suhde levyteollisuuden kaupallisiin muotoihin on ollut aina tiivis. Työssäni pyrin tarkastelemaan, miten tutkimuskirjallisuudessa tähän suhteeseen on suhtauduttu ja millä tavoin levyteollisuuden kaupallisen luonteen on katsottu vaikuttavan populaarimusiikin luonteeseen.

Darbā ir veikta literatūras izpēte par izotopu attiecības masspektrometriju un tā pielietojumiem dažādu augļu izcelsmes noteikšanai. Tika analizēts paraugu sagatavošanas process, kā arī izmantotās analīzes metodes. Pēc tam tika izstrādāta paraugu sagatavošanas metode un ar izotopu attiecības masspektrometru tika analizēti āboli no dažādām valstīm un iegūtie rezultāti savā starpā salīdzināti.

Artykuł omawia badania terenowe przeprowadzone w środowisku opolskim wśród młodzieży Ochotniczych Hufców Pracy. Badania empiryczne uwzględniające elementy socjalizacyjno-wychowawcze dotyczyły świadomości młodych ludzi wybranych elementów życia i wpływu na ich postępowanie. Wpisują się one w ciąg badań prowadzonych w tym środowisku od dwudziestu lat.
Masspektrometrijas metožu izmantošana Glechoma hederacea savvaļas un kultivēto augu polāro šķīdinātāju ekstraktu sastāva salīdzinājumam

Maģistra darbā apkopota literatūra par masspektrometrijas metožu pielietojumu augu ekstraktu kvalitatīvajā un kvantitatīvajā analīzē, kā arī svarīgākajām bioloģiski aktīvo vielu grupām efeju sētložņas (Glechoma hederacea) polāru šķīdinātāju ekstraktos. Veikta Latvijā savvaļā augušo un kultivēto Glechoma hederacea 70% etanola ekstraktu kvalitatīvā un kvantitatīvā analīze, izmantojot šķidruma hromatogrāfijas-masspektrometrijas metodes. Identificēti 10 zināmi bioloģiski aktīvi savienojumi un provizoriski identificēti 9 iepriekš šī auga ekstraktos neaprakstīti savienojumi – fenolskābes un flavonoīdi. Oxidation of methionine residues (Met) is a common PTM, involved in physiological (e.g., signaling) and pathological (e.g., oxidative stress) states. The essential oils of the flowers of Magydaris tomentosa (Desf.) DC. (Apiaceae) collected in Sicily (MSi) and Algeria (MAl), respectively, were obtained by hydrodistillation, and their compositions were analysed. The analyses allowed the identification and quantification of 23 components in MSi and 60 compounds in MAl, respectively, showing a very different profile in the composition of the two populations. The main components of MSi were cembrene (28.2%), α-springene (17.5%) and β-springene (14.8%), also present in MAl but in lesser amount (0.4%, 1.8% and 0.9%, respectively), whereas the principal constituents of MAl were (E)-nerolidol (35.4%), α-costol (13.3%) and β-costol (6.8%). High-precision measurement of a low Q value for allowed β−-decay of 131I related to neutrino mass determination

The ground-state-to-ground-state β−-decay 131I (7/2+) → 131Xe (3/2+) Q value was determined with high precision utilizing the double Penning trap mass spectrometer JYFLTRAP at the IGISOL facility. The Q value of this β−-decay was found to be Q = 972.25(19) keV through a cyclotron frequency ratio measurement with a relative precision of 1.6 × 10−9. This was realized using the phase-imaging ion-cyclotron-resonance technique. The new Q value is more than 3 times more precise and 2.3σ higher (1.45 keV) than the value extracted from the Atomic Mass Evaluation 2020.
