Recent Evolutions of the Social Economy in the European Union

The general objective of the Report is to study the recent evolution of the social economy in the European Union. It focuses on three areas: firstly, the social economy and the emergent concepts/movements related to it, secondly, the public policies adopted in both the EU and the member states in recent years to enhance the social economy sector and thirdly, measuring the weight of the social economy in each EU member country. This Report shows that the European social economy provides over 13.6 million paid jobs in Europe, accounting for 6.3% of the total EU working population of the EU-28. Thermoconvective instability and local thermal non-equilibrium in a porous layer with isoflux-isothermal boundary conditions

The effects of lack of local thermal equilibrium between the solid phase and the fluid phase are taken into account for the convective stability analysis of a horizontal porous layer. The layer is bounded by a pair of plane parallel walls which are impermeable and such that the lower wall is subject to a uniform flux heating, while the upper wall is isothermal. The local thermal non-equilibrium is modelled through a two-temperature formulation of the energy exchange between the phases, resulting in a pair of local energy balance equations: one for each phase. Analysis of the unpredictable migration of impacted mandibular third molars: A pilot study

Background Eruption of an impacted mandibular third molar (3MM) is often unpredictable. The objective of this study was to establish the radiographic parameters of migration in patients whose 3MMs evolved unpredictably. Material and Methods This was a retrospective observational study. Patients with unusual 3MM migration (away from their physiological eruption position with changes in the longitudinal and horizontal axes) and with at least two panoramic radiographs were included. Jāpiebilst, ka arī tiks pētīts Krimināllikuma 316.pants, kurš formulē jēdzienu - valsts amatpersona, šā likuma izpratnē. Tiks pētīts arī krimināltiesisko regulējumu vēsture, kuri bija spēkā Latvijas teritorijā savā laikā. Un var secināt to, ka dažas nianses vēl ir saglabājušās arī mūsdienās, lai iestātos kriminālatbildība par šādiem noziedzīgiem nodarījumiem. Piemēram, būtisks kaitējums.
