Attieksmes pret adopciju saistība ar lēmumu adoptēt bērnu

Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot vai pastāv nozīmīga saistība starp pozitīvu attieksmi pret adopciju un rīcības nodomu adoptēt bērnu. Tika izveidota aptauja, kas balstījās uz attieksmes pret adopciju aptauju ATAQ, (Abdollahzadeh et al., 2019) un tika pielāgota, lai ietvertu plānotās rīcības teorijas (Fishbein & Ajzen, 2009) trīs apakšskalas: attieksmi pret uzvedību, subjektīvās normas un uztverto kontroli. Aptauja tika izplatīta interneta vidē un pētījumā piedalījās 77 respondenti. Anaerobās fermentācijas ceļā var lietderīgi izmantot jēlglicerīnu, biodīzeļa ražošanas blakusproduktu, iegūstot produktus ar pievienotu vērtību, kas ļauj padarīt biodīzeļa ražošanu ekonomiski izdevīgāku. Šajā darbā tika pētīta mikroorganismu populāciju dinamika jēlglicerīna anaerobās fermentācijas laikā, izmantojot saldūdens dūņas kā inokulātu. Fermentāciju veica 20°C un 37°C temperatūrā 4 un 8 dienas. Noteica izdalītās gāzes tilpumu, kā arī barotņu organisko vielu daudzumu un sastāvu, nosakot ķīmiskā skābekļa patēriņu un veicot šķidruma hromatogrāfiju.
