Salikteņi rakstos par tirgvedību

Rakstība angļu valodā vienmēr ir bijusi diezgan sarežģīta. Salikteņi ir vārdi, kam nav noteiktas rakstības sistēmas, tādēļ cilvēki tos raksta dažādi. Tādējādi šī darba mērķis ir analizēt salikteņus rakstos par tirgvedību. Kvalitatīvā un kvantitatīvā analīze tika izmantota kā pētniecības metode, un analīze tika veikta par salikteņiem, kas atrodami rakstos par tirgvedību vienā britu un vienā amerikāņu tirgvedības žurnālā. Šis pētījums ir parādījis, ka pārstāvētākais salikteņu veids ir īstie salikteņi (proper compounds) un izplatītākā salikteņu rakstība ir tos rakstīt kā vienu vārdu jeb “koprakstījumā” (solid compounds). Modālo darbības vārdu mācīšana skolā: mācību grāmatu analīze

Mūsdienās modālie darbības vārdi tiek uzskatīti par vienu no būtiskākajiem elementiem angļu valodā, bet daudziem, īpaši uzdevumu ziņā, tie ir mulsinoši. Šī darba mērķis ir analizēt modālo darbības vārdu saistītas uzdevumu veidus skolas mācību grāmatās, veicot uzdevumu novērtēšanu. Šajā pētījumā izmantota metode ir piecu līmeņu kursu grāmatu sērijas satura analīze - New Opportunities: Beginner, Elementary, Pre-intermediate, Intermediate and Upper-intermediate. Rezultāti ir parādījuši, ka katrs uzdevums var tikt iedalīts kognitīvajās, starppersonu, lingvistiskās, emocionālajās un radošajās grupās, pamatojoties uz Nunana (2004) uzdevumu veida klasifikāciju. Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Uz skolēnu vērstās pieejas elementi mūsdienu angļu valodas mācību grāmatās”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir analizēt un salīdzināt uz skolēnu vērstās pieejas uzdevumus divās mācību grāmatās. Pirmā grāmata ir “Insight Elementary Student’s Book”, kuras autors ir J. Wildman. Otrā mācību grāmata ir “Solutions Elementary Student’s Book”, kuras autori ir P.A. Davis un T. Falla. Bakalaura darbā sastāv no trīs nodaļām par angļu valodas mācīšanu un uz skolēnu vērstu pieeju, kā arī nodaļa par empīrisko pētījumu rezultātiem. With the alteration of the endothelium, exposure to basement membrane components may occur with induction of humoral immunity. Methods. In the present study, we evaluated the prevalence of antibodies against the basement membrane antigen laminin (LMN) in patients with ANCA-associated systemic vasculitis (AASV), pathologic controls (systemic lupus erythematosus, mixed cryoglobulinaemia, Henoch Schonlein purpura, primary glomerulonephritis) and normal individuals. Agonist and antagonist-dependent internalization of the human vasopressin V2 receptor.

Abstract In this report we demonstrate that in HEK293 cells stably expressing the human V2vasopressin receptor, ligand-induced internalization of the hormone receptor occurs via the clathrin-dependent pathway. Studies of receptor trafficking either by direct visualization of the V2receptor by confocal microscopy or binding experiments show a rapid internalization (half-time 6–7 min). Blocking of the clathrin-dependent pathway by hypertonic sucrose increased vasopressin-induced cellular cAMP production and decreased the desensitization of the V2receptor–adenylyl cyclase system. Effects of gadolinium and cadmium on the electrically evoked release of 45calcium from the isolated rat neurohypophysis.

Isolated neural lobes of the rat pituitary gland were fixed by their stalks to a platinum wire electrode. They were loaded with 45calcium and then superfused with radioactivity-free Krebs-solution. The efflux of 45calcium into the superfusion medium was determined. After 54–60 min of superfusion the spontaneous outflow of 45calcium was 2.03%/min of the tissue 45calcium. It was not affected by cadmium (Cd2+, 0.03-3 mmol/1), but reduced by 40% in the presence of 1 mmol/1 gadolinium (Gd3). Electrical stimulation with pulses of 15 Hz (3 times for 1 min with intervals of 1 min) evoked a 45calcium release of 14.4% of the tissue radioactivity. BackgroundAs plant-based diets is increasing, we aimed to investigate dietary habits, dietary motivation and self-reported health of Norwegian adults who adhere to different types of plant-based diets.MethodsIn 2020, 808 subjects (530 women and 278 men) participated in an online survey, including vegans (8%), lacto-ovo vegetarians (16%), pescatarians (23%), and flexitarians (53%).ResultsHalf of the participants reported to consume fruits daily, three quarters consumed vegetables daily, and one quarter consumed whole grain products daily. Endoscopy plays an important part in current minimally invasive neurosurgery. The concepts, indications, and standards of current neuroendoscopy were developed in the beginning of the 1990s by several groups of neurosurgeons. Several factors contributed to its success and acceptance, including technical development, influence of other disciplines, and adaptation to neurosurgical requirements.
