En el presente artículo, exponemos los principales resultados de la investigación que hemos llevado a cabo sobre el proceso de implantación de la formación profesional dual en la totalidad de los ciclos de dicha etapa en España, al amparo de un proyecto europeo de transferencia de innovación. La metodología utilizada es la cuantitativa. La investigación pretende conocer los enfoques y concepciones sobre docencia del profesorado universitario a lo largo de su trayectoria profesional. Desde la fenomenografía pero con enfoque metodológico mixto, nuestro análisis muestra gran variabilidad respecto cómo los docentes comprenden y expresan sus experiencias y concepciones sobre docencia. Éstas se pueden clasificar en: impartir conocimiento, entusiasmar y motivar, desarrollar habilidades y cambiar concepciones en los estudiantes; con combinaciones entre ellas. This guide aims to permit an analysis of the different dimensions of the teacher issue in various countries, with the objective of building a global vision of this issue. The work that it aims to support is thus not descriptive but rather analytical. The restrictions imposed for mitigating spread of the virus forced dental practitioners to adopt significant changes in their workflow pattern. In conjunction with a growing interest in professional agency, there is a need to understand how emotions are embedded in agentic practice. This chapter examines the emotions bound up with work and how these emotions are related to professional agency. The subjects of our study were leaders (middle management) and employees working in Finnish education and health-care organisations. A qualitative meta-synthesis was conducted to describe the relationship between professional agency and emotions.
