L’autore, muovendo da uno scritto di Carnelutti del 1924 affronta talune problematiche in tema di riproduzioni ex art. 2712 c.c. La riproduzione non disconosciuta ha carattere di prova vincolante per il giudice, mentre il disconoscimento priva la riproduzione esclusivamente di tale efficacia rafforzata, affidandone la valutazione al prudente apprezzamento del giudice ex art. 116 c.p.c. La riproduzione disconosciuta potrà essere oggetto di una verificazione intrinseca, ossia diretta ad accertarne la manipolazione. At Vagnari, the fabric of the dolia defossa was distinctively different from that present in all the other ceramics from the site, as it was a distinctive orangey-red with black, glassy particles and reddish-brown grit fragments. The surviving lid fragment, on the other hand, is made of a fairly fine buff clay, suggesting it was made somewhere else. It is not unusual that dolia and lids might be made of different clays and in different workshops, as they are in Gallia Narbonensis, where some analysed lids were made in Rome, but the vessels were local. Abstract Introduction: Within the past decade, new therapeutic agents for Multiple Myeloma (MM) have improved survival of patients included in clinical trials. The aim of this study was to measure and compare characteristics and survival of patients with MM in different French regions in the general population. Methods: All incident cases with MM (ICD-O-3 codes, 9732/3 and) between January 1, 2008 and December 31, 2009 in the French population-based Hematological Malignancies registries (Calvados, Côte d'Or and Gironde) were included. The refurbishment of public residential districts represents a current and complex problem. The Cappuccinelli Social Housing (SH) district in Trapani, designed in the late 1950s by Michele Valori and built during the 1960s, is emblematic of the architectural quality and technological innovation of the time it was designed, but at the same time represents the physical and social decay that occurred just after its construction. The neighborhood was examined through a combination of inspections and documentary research. Diplomdarbā tiek pētīts, kā empīriskajā metodē izstrādātās aktivitātes uzlabo skolēnu runas prasmes, samazina stresu un baiļu sajūtu no runāšanas. Mērķis ir izstrādāt uz empīrisko metodi balstītas apmācību aktivitātes un izpētīt, kā tas veicina skolnieku runas prasmju attīstīšanu un vai motivē aktīvi piedalīties apmācības procesā. La famosa alba attribuita da alcuni canzonieri a Giraut de Borneil è stata ultimamente al centro di una serie di autorevoli contributi, concomitanti alla scoperta di un’antica traduzione italiana del testo provenzale, che hanno cercato di definirne meglio lo stemma, il testo critico e l’interpretazione. In questo contributo si discutono gli aspetti formali di Reis glorios con riguardo a tutta la tradizione (anche indiretta) e si propone d’individuare nel suo tipo metrico e musicale la cosiddetta ‘strofa di romanza’: essa caratterizza in particolare il corpus di canzoni di tela antico-francesi col quale l’alba provenzale mostra di condividere anche elementi stilistici e retorici.
