L’enjeu de cet article réside dans la mesure du rôle des capacités motivationnelles des étudiants sur la réussite universitaire, en adoptant une démarche quantitative et intégrative. À cette fin, les données récoltées sur des étudiants en première année de licence de trois filières permettent de contrôler un ensemble de facteurs relatifs aux caractéristiques socio-démographiques et scolaires des étudiants. This face-to-face depends on actors’ personal commitments but it can be facilitated or hindered by existing structures and institutions. Cross-cultural investigations in management prevail over those on for-profit organizations, while intercultural studies on protected natural areas is a relatively untapped field of research. This thesis proposes cross-cultural models (adapted from the existing model of Hofstede, along with marketing and management concepts) for the analysis of the park management and visitor experiences at (protected) European natural parks. Descripción de los conodontos del Givetiense y Frasniense inferior (Devónico) de Renanué (Pirineos Aragoneses)

Se estudia el contenido en conodontos del Givetiense y Frasniense inferior en la sección Renanué (Pirineos Aragoneses). Como resultado se describen 28 taxones de Polygnathus, Icriodus, Skeletognathus y Klapperina. De éstos, 21 se describen e ilustran por primera vez en la sección Renanué. Esta sucesión de conodontos permitirá una subdivisión bioestratigráfica detallada del intervalo estudiado. A Givetian and Early Frasnian conodont sequence from Renanué section is presented. To be interested in the survival of SME (small and medium-sized enterprises) is to question their ability to create rent and therefore their financial viability. Our panel study on French SMEs, between 2000 and 2018, shows that several factors play a different role in the annuity creation process. If the effectiveness of state governance seems to play a negative role, through the policies put in place, it turns out that debt plays a positive role in the wealth creation process of SME.
