Elektroniskās dienasgrāmatu metodes ietekme uz indivīda uztverto garastāvokli

Šī pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot elektronisko dienasgrāmatu metodes ietekmi uz indivīda uztverto garastāvokli. Pētījumam tika izvirzīti divi jautājumi, kas paredzēja noskaidrot, vai un kādas atšķirības pastāv starp to indivīdu uztvertā garastāvokļa rādītājiem, kas izmanto elektronisko garastāvokļa novērtēšanas sistēmu un starp tiem indivīdiem, kas to neizmanto. Kopumā pētījumā piedalījās 98 respondenti (75 sievietes un 23 vīrieši), no kuriem 48 bija eksperimentālās grupas pārstāvji un 50 bija kontroles grupas pārstāvji. The aim of this work is to describe an intervention which sought to modify the behavior of a goalkeeper in relation to the errors he committed, after receiving a goal, he became disheartened, and could not stop concentrating on the error committed. This attention paid to the error committed delayed a return to having adequate behavior in order to fulfil his function in the game. This intervention was carried out through biofeedback, techniques of emotional control and techniques to manage attention and concentration. Relationships between burnout and role ambiguity, role conflict and employee absenteeism among health workers

The aim of this research was to analyze the influence of some psychosocial risk factors in the development of burnout and to analyze the influence of this phenomenon on employee absenteeism. The study sample included 142 health care workers. The data analysis included descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression models. The results confirmed the influence of role ambiguity and role conflict on burnout [F (2.139) = 26.720; p < .001], but the influence of burnout on employee absenteeism was not confirmed. However, a significant and positive relationship has been shown between burnout and employee absenteeism (ß = 0.197; p < .05). In conclusion, the findings of this study support the …

BACKGROUND: Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) typically occurs when ovaries are primed with FSH/ LH and subsequently exposed to hCG. The ultimate pathophysiological step underlying this clinical picture is increased vascular permeability (VP). METHODS: A search of the literature was carried out using PubMed and the authors’ files. RESULTS: In rodents and humans, the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and VEGF receptor 2 (VEGFR-2) mRNA increases during ovarian stimulation. Dans le cadre d’un travail de recherche en Analyse Conversationnelle (Sacks, 1992) traitant des dimensions linguistiques et multimodales des interactions entre le personnel de service et les clients lors d’un repas au restaurant, nous avons élaboré une partie de notre corpus dans un restaurant expérimental équipé d’un système d’enregistrement audio et vidéo.
