Statistical Approximation of Fourier Transform-IR Spectroscopy Data for Zinc White Pigment from Twentieth-Century Russian Paintings

We present a statistical model for approximation of experimental Fourier transform-IR spectroscopy (FTIR) data for paint samples from paintings of different ages. The model utilizes random variations in some parameters (initial ageing rate, degree of change in ageing rate and time at which the change occurs). We determine the parameters characterizing variation in the paint composition and the storage conditions for the paintings. The numerical calculation is qualitatively consistent with the experimental data. In the proposed model, changes in the initial composition of the paint and the storage conditions make about the same contribution to the experimentally observed scatter in the data …

Celem badań była ocena zanieczyszczenia metalami ciężkimi (Mn, Fe, Ni, Cu, Zn, Cd i Pb) rumianku lekarskiego (Matricaria chamomilla L.) i babki lancetowatej (Plantago lanceolata L.). W ramach biomonitoringu pasywnego pobrano próbki roślin leczniczych oraz próbki gleby, na której rosły rośliny. Metale ciężkie oznaczono za pomocą absorpcyjnej spektrometrii atomowej (AAS). Na podstawie przeprowadzonych badań można stwierdzić, że zioła wykorzystane do badań różniły się pod względem stężeń metali ciężkich w zależności od miejsca ich pobierania. Mutispectral imaging systems are widely used in remote sensing for Precision Viticulture. In this work, this technique was applied in the proximal sensing context to characterize vine foliage. A mobile terrestrial experimental system is presented, composed of a GPS receiver, a multi-spectral camera acquiring visible and near infrared images, and a Greenseeker RT-100 which measures the Normalized Difference Vegetative Index (NDVI). This optical system observes vine foliage in the trellis plan, in natural sunlight. The experimental field is planted with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier cultivars in a latin squared pattern. This article proposes to reconsider the concept of lived experience by the consumer which is the object of a normative vision in marketing. Thanks to the concept of value, we seek to improve the conceptualization of the experience by defining it as an interaction place - object. We conduct an empirical analysis on the field of live shows to compare rival modellings of lived experience. The results show the importance of the consumption place as frame of lived experience and confirm an indirect influence of the place on global perceived value. Finally, they allow a validation of differents scales used in this model.
