Due to the dissemination of joint degree programmes in higher education, more students from different educational backgrounds are exposed to the same teaching and assessment without sharing a common pedagogical culture. Since this is relatively new in Finland, little is known about how students with diverse backgrounds experience assessment compared to their Finnish classmates and how this affects their overall performance. Bakalaura darba nosaukums ir “Disciplīnas problēmu prevencija pēc demokrātiskās pieejas klases vadības modeļa sākumskolā 1. klasē”, un tā autore ir Luīze Tumševica. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt demokrātiskās pieejas klases vadības modeļa preventīvās darbības iespējas disciplīnas problēmu mazināšanā sākumskolā 1. klasē. The complexity of knowledge construction in a classroom setting

International audience; We study a class of mathematics education MA students in an introductory course on Chaos and Fractals, as they grapple with the Sierpinksi triangle, and in particular with the apparent paradox that its area equals 0, while its perimeter is infinitely long. For this purpose, we network an approach for investigating the construction of knowledge in small groups with one for examining how ideas and ways of reasoning function-as-if-shared in a classroom. Tutkielmassa analysoidaan Hella Wuolijoen romaania Työmiehen perhe: työmies Rantasen perheen kronikka vuosilta 1895–1945 (1970) Mihail Bahtinin lanseeraamien tien ja tapaamisen kronotooppien pohjalta. Realistista kehitysromaania edustavan Työmiehen perheen Wuolijoki kirjoitti jo vuonna 1950, mutta tuolloin kustantajat kieltäytyivät romaanin julkaisemisesta, sillä he pitivät sitä jopa propagandistisena ja porvareita halventavana tendenssiromaanina. Kronotoopilla Bahtin tarkoittaa kirjallisuudessa kuvattujen ajallisten ja paikallisten suhteiden keskinäistä sidonnaisuutta eli aikapaikallisuutta, jossa juonen solmukohdat alkavat ja selkeytyvät. La ricerca, svolta presso l’Istituto Professionale Economico e per il Turismo “Don Luigi Sturzo” di Bagheria (PA), ha previsto una fase preliminare durante la quale, per 12 docenti, è stato avviato un percorso formativo sulle modalità di progettazione di attività flipped. Successivamente le attività, costruite a partire dai contenuti disciplinari di Economia Aziendale, Francese, Matematica, Italiano, Storia, Educazione Fisica, Inglese, Geografia sono state proposte a 124 studenti di 7 classi con la modalità flipped.
