The doubly fed induction generator (DFIG)-based wind energy conversion system (WECS) suffers from voltage and frequency fluctuations due to the stochastic nature of wind speed as well as nonlinear loads. Moreover, the high penetration of wind energy into the power grid is a challenge for its smooth operation. Hence, symmetrical faults are most intense, inflicting the stator winding to low voltage, disturbing the low-voltage ride-through (LVRT) functionality of a DFIG. Celem opracowania jest wskazanie na rolę instytucji w kreowaniu lokalnych (regionalnych) biobiznesów. Lokalne biobiznesy opierają się na unikatowym wykorzystaniu zarówno standardowych, jak i specyficznych zasobów terytoriów, w których są zakładane. Analizę przeprowadzono z wykorzystaniem trzech wymiarów transformacji europejskiego modelu rolnictwa: regulacji środowiskowych, dyfuzji wiedzy i informacji oraz powiązań międzyorganizacyjnych i społecznych. Tutkimuksen tehtävänä on selvittää, kuinka Suomessa onnistutaan hyödyntämään Internetiä ja sosiaalista mediaa etsivässä nuorisotyössä eli tekemään etsivää verkkoperustaista etsivää nuorisotyötä. Tarkoituksenani on tarkastella, millaisia keinoja ja valmiuksia Internetin ja sosiaalisen median hyödyntämiseen etsivillä nuorisotyöntekijöillä on tällä hetkellä. Tarkastelen myös sitä, mitä haasteita ja esteitä ja toisaalta mitä hyötyjä ja työtä helpottavia tekijöitä etsivät sosiaalisen median ja Internetin käytössä näkevät.
