Stresa menedžments garīgā aprūpē strādājošām māsām

Stress darbā ir aktuāla problēma mūsdienu sabiedrībā, jo īpaši medicīnas darbinieki ir pakļauti stresu izraisošām situācijām. Bakalaura darba tēma: stresa menedžments garīgā aprūpē strādājošām māsām ir izstrādāts ar mērķi noteikt stresa menedžmentu garīgā aprūpē strādājošām māsām. Pētījumā tika izmantota kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode – anketēšana. Pētījumā piedalījās 100 respondents. Tika izvirzīta hipotēze: garīgās aprūpes māsu stresu pārvarēšanas veidi vairāk orientēti uz emocijām nekā uz problēmu. Bakalaura darba tēma „Stresa vadīšana operāciju māsu praksē”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka statistiskie, ikgadēji dati, par stresu medicīnas dar-biniekiem, kuri procentuāli pieaug. Darbs tiek veikts ar mērķi izzināt stresa vadīšanu operāciju māsu praksē. Analizējot pētījuma rezultātus tika konstatēts, ka māsām pietrūkst zināšanu par stresa vadīšanu un stresa vadīšanas veidiem. Pašefektivitātes saistība ar darba stresu dažādās jomās strādājošajiem darbiniekiem

Šajā darbā tika izvirzīti divi pētījuma jautājumi. Kādas saistības ir novērojamas starp pašefektivitāti un darba stresu? Kādas atšķirības ir novērojamas pašefektivitātes un darba stresa vidējos rādītājos dažādās darba jomās? Pētījumā piedalījās 155 respondenti no dažādām darba jomām. Tika izdalītas astoņas darba jomas: klientu apkalpošanas joma, izglītības joma, medicīnas joma, finanšu joma, informācijas tehnoloģiju joma, mārketinga joma, būvniecības joma un skaistumkopšanas joma. Katra no šīm jomām sastāvēja no 15-20 respondentiem. 20 respondenti iekļāvās aptaujā norādītajā opcijā ‘cits’, kur respondenti varēja norādīt, ja strādā citā darba jomā. Pētījuma jautājumi - vai ai pastāv saistība starp pedagogu psiholoģisko labbūtību, izturību un stresu darba vidē un kādi ir pedagogu psiholoģisko labbūtību prognozējošie faktori saistībā ar izturību un stresu darba vidē. Symptoms onset in Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) occur when over 70% of motor neurons is already lost, suggesting a relatively long pre-symptomatic phase. The description of several genes linked to ALS (e.g., SOD1, FUS, TARDP, C9orf72) has now allowed identification of pre-symptomatic carriers. These pre-symptomatic (or even preclinical) carriers can be followed up with the aim to identify the very early clinical disease-related changes or a valuable biomarker. Influence of the Resin Layer Thickness at the Interface of Hybrid Metal-composite Co-cured Joints

As discussed in literature, the accurate analysis of the modern co-cured joints between composite materials or between a metal and a composite material (hybrid joints) is complicated by the influence of the interface resin layer on the interface singular stress field. In such joints, in fact, there is not a proper adhesive layer and the thickness of the resin layer, that plays the role of the adhesive, is not constant due to the presence of the reinforcing fibers in the composite adherent.
