AbstractThe immobilization of polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid [poly(IC)] on ã-Fe2O3 maghemite nanoparticles via the phosphor-amidate route using a multifunctional polymer is reported. The dsRNA coupled nanoparticles were used to visualize the Toll-like (TLR3) receptors at the cell surface. Penicillium lanoso-viride AMP dezamināzi atpazīstošo receptoru klāsta detektēšana perifēro asiņu mononukleārajās šūnās

Šajā darbā salīdzināta Penicillium lanoso-viride sintezētās AMPD un citu sēņu izcelsmes imūnmodulatoru un standartvielu iedarbība uz iekaisuma reakcijās iesaistītu molekulu gēnu ekspresiju un sekrēciju asins imūnsistēmas šūnās, un, balstoties uz rezultātos iegūto informāciju, veikta AMPD atpazīstošo PRR analīze. Ar RT-PCR metodi veiktās analīzes uzrāda, ka AMPD stimulētās asins imūnajās šūnās ir paaugstināta iekaisuma citokīnu, kā arī TLR4 signālceļā iesaistīto molekulu gēnu ekspresija, kas norāda uz tās iekaisumu veicinošo ietekmi. TLR7 controls VSV replication in CD169(+) SCS macrophages and associated viral neuroinvasion

Vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV) is an insect-transmitted rhabdovirus that is neurovirulent in mice. Upon peripheral VSV infection, CD169+ subcapsular sinus (SCS) macrophages capture VSV in the lymph, support viral replication, and prevent CNS neuroinvasion. To date, the precise mechanisms controlling VSV infection in SCS macrophages remain incompletely understood. Here, we show that Toll-like receptor-7 (TLR7), the main sensing receptor for VSV, is central in controlling lymph-borne VSV infection. Toll-like receptor 5 in obesity: The role of gut microbiota and adipose tissue inflammation

Objective This study aimed at establishing bacterial flagellin-recognizing toll-like receptor 5 (TLR5) as a novel link between gut microbiota composition, adipose tissue inflammation, and obesity. Methods An adipose tissue microarray database was used to compare women having the highest (n = 4, H-TLR) and lowest (n = 4, L-TLR) expression levels of TLR5-signaling pathway genes.
