The overall aim of the present thesis is to study contextual influences on food behaviour (including variables coming from the environment and from the consumer). To this purpose, an immersive method using a space with physical elements was used, in order to evoke a realistic situation within a laboratory setting. Here, the method consisted in designing an immersive bar evoking the situation of “having a drink in a bar”. Two variants of the bar were created and five studies were implemented in these spaces to study how context influences food choices and evaluation. Dans cet article, l’on examine les caracteristiques fondamentales des discours de presentation des dictionnaires de commerce bilingues italien-francais et francais-italien publies en Italie. Le corpus etudie permet de mettre en exergue les fonctions et les aspects principaux des textes de presentation, notamment les motivations des auteurs, le public vise, la macrostructure et les sources utilisees. L’analyse du corpus souligne les points communs et les quelques dissemblances de cette typologie de dictionnaires, outre l’importance qu’ils detiennent au sein de l’enseignement de la langue francaise de specialite.

Im Mittelpunkt des Aufsatzes steht die Frage nach der Anwendbarkeit des Textmuster-Begriffs auf die Beschreibung und auf die Analyse von Fachdiskursen. Es wird zunächst einmal kurz an die Diskussion erinnert, welche zur Unterscheidung von Textsorte und Textmuster geführt hat: während der erste Begriff den Text als statische Größe betrachtet, so fokussiert der zweite eher auf das Prozessuale an der Textproduktion und -rezeption. Mesure du transport narratif dans le contexte d’une expérience de consommation transmédia

This research offers a French narrative transportation scale measuring the experience of transmedia devices in the arts and cultural field. First, based on a literature review of the definition and measure of narrative transportation, a new scale is presented and defended. Second, a qualitative study is conducted. The dimensions of narrative transportation are confirmed and items are generated to measure it. Results from factorial analysis leading to a reliable and valid scale of narrative transportation lived by the cultural consumer through the use of a transmedia device are presented.
